Civil Disobedience
One may well ask: "How can you advocate breaking some laws and obeying others?" The answer lies in the fact that there are two types of laws: just and unjust. The Plan
We will not comply with this unjust law. Many people from celebrities, to artists, to writers, to journalists to activists are intending to break this unjust law. We will do it together. Unjust laws are no laws at all. Mass lawbreaking is the heart of classical civil disobedience. The law you disagree with, you break en-masse.
The most effective, powerful and damaging to the state is mass civil disobedience all together in one place. This has power both visually, from a media perspective and also from a problem for the state. Arresting a mass of people together under terrorism laws will be tricky for them. Equally ignoring them and allowing them to flagrantly flout the law in public is equally undesirable for the state.

Where and when are people taking action?
Every Saturday, people will be taking action to defy the ban. This will start on the 5th July 2025. On the morning of 5th July 2025, Defend our Juries, who had until this point legally campaigned against the courts crackdown on protest, defied the ban and held placards:
27 people were arrested under s.13 Terrorism Act 200 which is summary only and will appear in the Magistrates' court, but so far have not been charged.

"The message from the top was clear: artists who speak out against Israel's actions will not work again.

Since mid-2024, industry executives and their underlings have made good on that message, aggressively surveilling arts and entertainment workers, and quickly retaliating against any who criticise Israel, the workers said.

Artists in film and television described a "blacklist culture" rife with firing and doxing.

One TV writer told MEE that leaked communications from a Hollywood PR company told staff to "look at social media" for pro-Palestine speech before hiring anyone.

The approach mirrors the Trump administration's stated policy to deny or rescind visas, particularly those of students, for pro-Palestine speech on their social media accounts.

Hollywood unions have long supported Israeli occupation and the oppression of Palestinians, and US unions have offered support to Israel since the Balfour Declaration was issued in 1917. This is in keeping with the support that the AFL-CIO (the largest federation of US labour unions) has long shown for US imperialism writ large, from the war on Vietnam to the US-backed coup in Chile.

Throughout the Cold War, America’s imperialist unionism ran parallel to Israel’s labour Zionism and the apartheid-era union movement in South Africa, which organised for a time under the slogan, “Workers of the World: Unite and Fight for a White South Africa”.

"The proscription of Palestine Action means that the group can no longer make such protests, or any protests at all. Criminal laws exist that can and have been brought against these actions. But it is this very course of justice that the proscription aims to impede.

In a number of similar cases, activists who have disarmed weapons systems have been acquitted by juries because their actions were aimed at preventing war crimes. Although laws around such a defence have been tightened, juries can still acquit on the basis of jury nullification, where an acquittal is determined to be in the interests of justice as a matter of conscience.

In 1996, the Ploughshares Four, a group of women who broke into an aerodrome to vandalise a BAE Hawk aircraft due to be exported to East Timor, were found not guilty of criminal damage. They had argued that they were using reasonable force to prevent BAE Systems from complicity in the East Timor genocide. In 2007, two members of the Fairford Five, a group who broke into RAF Fairford in 2003 to damage equipment used to support B-52 bombers headed for Iraq, were acquitted by a jury on the same basis.

In 2022, five Palestine Action activists were acquitted by a jury following a demonstration during which they sprayed red paint on the headquarters of Elbit Systems.

Keir Starmer is aware of this legal anomaly: as a human rights barrister, he defended Josh Richards, a member of the Fairford Five who was acquitted when a jury failed to reach a verdict. Such an outcome is exactly what the government is trying to avoid. In taking Palestine Action activists to court on charges of criminal damage, they risk exposing the chasm between government policy and public opinion. It is not terror the government fears, but embarrassment.

The principle of jury nullification dates back to Bushel’s Case of 1670, when two Quakers, William Penn and William Mead, were accused of preaching to an unlawful assembly in Gracechurch Street. When the jury found, according to their consciences, that the men had preached, but that the assembly was not unlawful, the jurors were themselves imprisoned and then fined. A trial of the last jury member to refuse to pay the fine, Edward Bushel, established that juries did have the right to acquit according to conscience and could not be punished for doing so. There is a plaque to commemorate the trial at the Old Bailey.

According to Francesca Cociani, a criminal defence lawyer at Hodge Jones and Allen who is representing some of the protesters, the arrest of Rev. Parfitt under Section 13 of the Terrorism Act means that she will be tried before a district judge and won’t have the opportunity to appear before a jury at all. All of this amounts to a devastating attack on freedom of conscience...

If we believe in freedom of conscience, we must deny active obedience. 

Resisting the destruction of human life and the perpetuation of a genocide against the Palestinian people is not wrong. It is the law, and this government, that is wrong."

In this philosophy, there is no dichotomy between Judaism and Zionism. What we see, instead, is a cohesive genocidal amalgam that will be associated with the tribe for many generations ahead.

When The Old Testament and The Talmud are Mixed

The Gaza Genocide is the outcome of the merging of two of the most problematic world religious texts, the Talmud and the Old Testament, into a genocidal political philosophy.

In the above sentence I told you everything you need to know about the current ongoing extermination war on Gaza. If you want to delve into the historical, philosophical and ideological evolvement that led to this horrendous development, be my guest, just keep reading.

The other day I listened to Scott Ritter describing the Gaza theatre as a merging of Iwo Jima and Stalingrad war theatres, two catastrophic WW2 bloody battles for both the USA and the Wehrmacht. In Iwo Jima, the Japanese were fighting the Marines from tunnels. In Stalingrad the Russians were fighting from the ruins of their city.

The Israelis can’t defeat the Hamas, neither above the surface (the ruins of Gaza) nor below it (Gaza underground). The defeated IDF is taking its revenge against the Gazan civilian population. This revenge is now known globally as the Gaza Genocide. It is committed by a state that calls itself a Jewish State with a vast approval of 82% of its Jewish population.

You ask yourself, how is it possible that an entire people have lost their humanity? How is it possible that people who have suffered throughout their entire history are becoming the executioners of the most documented extermination campaign in history?

The explanation is as simple as it is devastating.

In the late 19th century, early Zionists were desperate to liberate the Jews from the Talmud, which early Zionist agitators identified as the core of Jewish diaspora malaise. The early Zionists believed that reinstating the Old Testament (OT) as the new Hebraic primary text would solve the so called ‘Jewish problem’.

What the Early Zionists failed to grasp was that the OT was at least as dangerous as the Talmud.

The (OT) contains some of the most violent lines in the history of literature. The OT is a story about a very problematic father figure, aka God, who is engaged in an abusive relationship with his favourite children. As if this is not enough to ruin the future of his (better) children, he, the Father, also orders them occasionally to commit the most heinous genocides. It is more than likely that the OT’s God wouldn’t survive the ICC once chief prosecutor presents some of the many vile Biblical segments.

Look for example, in Deuteronomy 20:16-18:**
"… in the cities of the nations the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, do not leave alive anything that breathes. Completely destroy them—the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites.”

Or Deuteronomy 2:34
"At that time we took all his towns and completely destroyed them—men, women and children. We left no survivors."

I want to believe that when you read these lines, Gaza comes to mind.

Yet, Early Zionism was a secular movement. It didn’t wish to create a monster, quite the opposite. It vowed to make the new Hebrews nice people. Early Zionists wanted to believe that they diagnosed the causes that made Diaspora Jewish existence into a problem for both Jews and everyone around them. The Early Zionist philosophy was that Jews must transition into a people, a nation, a volk instead of a ‘religious group’ controlled by Rabbis and the Talmud. However, from a Judaic perspective Zionism was an act of heresy. Not many religious Jews were convinced by the Zionist philosophy. Consequently, very few Jews made Aliya before Hitler came to power in Germany.

But there was one Rabbi in Palestine who could see the religious potential in Zionism. Rabbi Abraham Isaac Kook (1865 –1935) became the chief Rabbi of Palestine under the British mandate. Kook realised that Zionism and Judaism were actually complementary precepts.
In line with many orthodox interpreters of the Jewish religion, Kook believed that there was a fundamental difference between Jews and Gentiles.

By the way I was also blocked by Stop the War UK for connecting the military industrial complex to Big Pharma. The official Anti Imperialist Left is very happy to cancel those who are ahead of them in connecting all the dots.

I am interested in this as a technique of control: make those who have not connected all the dots see those who connected more dots than them as holding an entirely unacceptable set of opinions, to the point of silencing and erasing their voice in the debate through the use of censorship techniques.

However the Genocide is forcing them to make those connections now. They are just not happy we got there long before them.
