UK Watchdog FINES Pfizer for Misleading the Public on the COVID Vaccines

However, some excess cancer mortalities were observed in 2021 after mass vaccination with the first and second vaccine doses, and significant excess mortalities were observed for all cancers and some specific types of cancer (including ovarian cancer, leukemia, prostate cancer, lip/oral/pharyngeal cancer, pancreatic cancer, and breast cancer) after mass vaccination with the third dose in 2022. AMRs for the four cancers with the most deaths (lung, colorectal, stomach, and liver) showed a decreasing trend until the first year of the pandemic in 2020, but the rate of decrease slowed in 2021 and 2022. The FDA has finalized a rule allowing certain clinical trials to operate WITHOUT obtaining informed consent from participants. The study cannot pose more than minimal risk to humans and must include appropriate safeguards to protect the rights, safety, and welfare of those involved.
Pushback against the new rule suggested the changes would allow institutional review boards (IRBs) to compromise on standards more and more, adding that the term “minimal risk” is far too vague and could be misinterpreted or abused.

A ruling by the pharmaceutical watchdog, the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA), relates to a complaint about a message posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, in November 2020 by senior Pfizer employees.
The complaint raised concern about Pfizer’s ‘misuse of social media to misleadingly and illegally promote their Covid vaccine’, according to the ruling.
They claimed that such ‘misbehaviour’ on social media was ‘even more widespread’ than they had thought and ‘extended right to the top of their UK operation’.”
