A TV doctor told actor Rob Schneider years ago that she decided to give her child NO vaccines because they’re “too small to absorb those TOXINS right now.”

Massive New Study Finds NO EVIDENCE That COVID “Vaccines” Offer Any Benefit
The “conspiracy theorists” were right again.
Instead of saving lives, the research revealed that COVID “vaccines” are linked to persistent excess deaths across 125 countries.
The study also found that vaccinated individuals might spread infections to unvaccinated people, exacerbating the issue.

🚨 BREAKING: Appeals Court Sides With Facebook in CHD Censorship Lawsuit
The 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals late today ruled against Children’s Health Defense in its First Amendment free speech lawsuit against Facebook’s parent company, Meta, and its founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg.
CHD’s suit accused the CDC and other federal agencies of “privatizing” the First Amendment by teaming up with Facebook to censor speech which, “under the Bill of Rights, the Government cannot censor.”
However, the 9th Circuit ruled:
“CHD failed to meet the first requirement for state action because the source of CHD’s alleged harm was Meta’s own policy of censoring, not any provision of federal law. The evidence suggested that Meta had independent incentives to moderate content and exercised its own judgment in so doing.”

Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) shared their perspectives on COVID-19 pandemic policies, challenging mainstream narratives and raising concerns about transparency and accountability.
Brand’s guests painted a picture of a pandemic response marked by institutional overreach, suppression of alternative viewpoints and a complex and often destructive interplay between government agencies, media and pharmaceutical companies.
Regarding vaccine harms, Paul emphasized the lack of accountability due to liability protection granted to pharmaceutical companies by Congress. He described this as “insidious,” especially given the mandatory nature of some vaccine policies.
“Many people lose their jobs if they’re not vaccinated, but if they’re harmed by the vaccine, they have no recourse,” he said.
Johnson emphasized the reluctance of officials to acknowledge potential mistakes. “They will never admit they’re wrong — the body count is way too high.”
He argued that we cannot allow ourselves to simply forget it and move on “because they want to use this mRNA platform for other things.”
Throughout the podcast, Brand emphasized the need for continued scrutiny and holding the perpetrators accountable.
“When you look at the various institutions and interests that benefited, is it not possible to calculate how this event may have come about?” he asked.

🚨 Family of Teen Vaccinated Without Consent at School Asks Maine Supreme Court to Hear Case
J.H., a minor, was given a dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine on Nov. 12, 2021, at Miller School in Waldoboro, Maine. J.H.’s parents, Siara Harrington and Jeremiah Hogan, who said they did not consent to their son’s vaccination, sued the defendants in May 2023 in Lincoln County Superior Court.
Ron Jenkins, one of the lawyers representing the family, said the human right to informed consent is at stake in this case. He told # TheDefender:
“What is at stake here is the legal doctrine, entrenched in our common and constitutional law, and fundamental to our liberty, that human beings must provide informed consent to medical interventions. If Congress had intended to abolish this bedrock legal doctrine in the PREP Act, then surely it would have done so in very clear and precise language.
“Failure to obtain informed consent is not on the list, probably because the legislators responsible for the PREP Act knew that effectively abolishing it by removing meaningful civil remedies in the tort system would not garner support. Average, common sense Americans would never agree to medical interventions effectively forced on them by the State, and would insist on remedies for the wrongdoing, whether or not death or serious physical injury was the result.
“Consent is meaningless, if there is no meaningful recourse for failing to obtain it. The courts are simply wrong to accomplish judicially, what Congress could not legislatively.”
Referring to the Maine lawsuit, Ray Flores (attorney) said, “No court, through appeal, has ever found a vaccinator of a minor liable in a case such as this. On the other hand, if people see blatant false advertising, contractual fraud and battery of a minor being protected by the PREP Act, hopefully the people will have had enough and things could begin to change.”
Several other lawsuits challenging the PREP Act are pending.

Vermont’s Supreme Court has ruled that schools in the state can begin vaccinating children without the knowledge or consent of their parents.
The state’s high court ruled that school officials will get the final say on vaccination and can vaccinate kids against their parents’s wishes.
Families will no longer be able to sue their children’s schools over forced vaccination following the ruling.

💰 ‘It’s About Your Money’: New EU Vaccination Card Will Be Used to Control Access to Banking, Other Services
Dutch attorney Meike Terhorst joined “The Defender In-Depth” this week to discuss the EU's plans for a European Vaccination Card.
The EU, which pioneered the development of digital “vaccine passports,” will next month launch a test run of its new EVC in five countries — Belgium, Germany, Greece, Latvia and Portugal.
Terhorst said that while the idea of having one’s medical records easily accessible and transferrable sounds benign, “The plan is to get everybody vaccinated and to kind of overrule constitutional rights.”
“It was very clear that the object was that anybody within the EU could not say no to … vaccination,” Terhorst said.
According to Terhorst, this contravenes the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, which in Chapter 1, Article 3 — “Right to the integrity of the person” — encapsulates the key tenets of the Nuremberg Declaration.
This includes a requirement for “the free and informed consent of the person concerned” in relation to medical procedures, and “the prohibition on making the human body and its parts as such a source of financial gain.”
“The threat is that anybody objecting to vaccination, especially when there will be a new crisis [like] we’ve seen with COVID-19, then … perhaps your bank could say, well, then you cannot have access to your bank account,” Terhorst said, citing Canadian banks who froze the accounts of participants in the 2022 Freedom Convoy.
