👏 Court Rules Against Hospital That Fired Woman for Refusing COVID Vaccine
Saint Luke’s Health Systems improperly fired an employee when it rejected her request for a religious exemption from the hospital system’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, the Court of Appeal of the State of Kansas ruled.
The court said:
“Not only did she explain that her refusal to get the COVID-19 vaccine is based on her religious views … [she] further evidenced the religiosity of her beliefs when she stated that she had discussed her concerns about getting the vaccine with the pastor from her church.”
The court pointed out that the Kansas law on COVID-19 vaccination requirements specifies that an employer “shall grant an exemption requested in accordance with this section based on sincerely held religious beliefs without inquiring into the sincerity of the request.”
In other words, the hospital was wrong for even questioning the sincerity of Glean’s religious beliefs regarding her request.

One woman described the severe migraines, convulsions and weakness she suffered following the jab. “There was no support there when anything went wrong,” she said.
Another woman recounted the constant dizziness and passing out she experienced following the booster shot. Eventually, doctors found a blood clot. When she suggested it was linked to the vaccine, they said they had never heard of such a thing, and that she was imagining it.
A third woman developed Stevens-Johnson syndrome, which began like chickenpox before her skin started to fall off. She received no financial support for her treatment and was encouraged to get the booster. Following the booster, she began having seizures, but no doctors connected her conditions to the vaccine. She went on to receive another booster.
“I’m now so ill I can’t see me living long enough to fully recover,” she said.

Last Thursday, a peer-reviewed paper was published in the journal Science, Public Health Policy and the Law. The objective of this study was to determine the association between vaccination and neurodevelopmental disorders in 9-year-old children enrolled in the Medicaid programme from birth.
The researchers analysed claims data for 47,155 nine-year-old children. 🚨 BREAKING: Emails Obtained by CHD Reveal Government’s Failure to Monitor COVID Vaccine Injury Reports
Newly posted email records on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) website reveal that in the first 18 months after COVID-19 vaccines were rolled out to the public, the agency’s data monitoring of the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) showed consistent alerts for serious adverse events (including death) for the Janssen vaccine.
Meanwhile, the FDA’s monitoring found almost no safety signals for the Moderna and Pfizer shots, failing to detect signals even for widely recognized risks like myocarditis, pericarditis, and anaphylaxis.
The information is contained in emails sent by the FDA to key personnel in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Immunization Safety Office between Jan. 12, 2021 and July 5, 2022.
Each email is accompanied by a list of adverse events for which the FDA says its weekly data analysis of VAERS yielded a statistical “alert” indicating a potential safety issue with the COVID-19 shots that may have required action on the agencies’ part.
The FDA posted the emails — under the banner “Empirical Bayesian Data Mining Records” — one day after the agency objected to a motion filed by Children’s Health Defense (CHD) in federal court pertaining to a 2023 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.
The motion asks the court to order the FDA to disclose VAERS safety-monitoring records that CHD requested from the agency in July 2022.
According to Ray Flores, senior outside counsel to CHD, “The emails are further evidence of the federal government’s failure to make good on its promises to use VAERS as an ‘early warning system’ to detect and act on risks associated with the new vaccines.”
