HHS is Still Wasting Money Fighting Online Covid “Disinformation”
Apparently, Covid discussions are still a thing worth cracking down on. That’s at least according to The Biden administration, which is injecting $500,000 into Texas Woman’s University as part of a grant program aimed at curbing COVID-19 “misinformation” and “disinformation” allegedly aimed at Hispanics, according to funding records reviewed by the Washington Examiner.
The grant aims “to expand research on mitigating the effect of misinformation and disinformation” regarding “COVID-19 prevention and treatment initiatives among Hispanics.”
Timeline: Kicking off on May 10 and set to wrap up in April 2024, this grant is part of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)’s Food and Drug Administration’s portfolio. It’s part of Biden’s broader push to censor alleged disinformation by joining forces with social media platforms on content moderation – a move likened to “censorship” by some Republicans.
What GOP says: This funding allocation may prod GOP lawmakers to probe deeper into the Biden administration’s methods in countering certain types of speech. House Republicans, according to the Washington Examiner, are considering wielding the appropriations process as a tool to block federal agencies from pumping money into domestic initiatives tagged as combating “disinformation.”
What HHS did before: In 2021, HHS, spearheaded by Secretary Xavier Becerra, allegedly dabbled in misinformation tracking, by offering guidance to Twitter and Facebook on handling virus-related content. The US Surgeon General Vivek Murthy admitted in an August 2021 call with education groups, that the government was “working to combat misinformation in many ways, one being working with tech companies.”

Hillsborough GOP: COVID Vaccines a ‘Biological Weapon’
The Hillsborough County Republican Party has become the seventh local party in the state to pass a resolution calling COVID-19 and the COVID vaccine “biological and technological weapons” and the vaccine, and the vaccines’ use a “denial of informed consent” and “crimes against humanity.”
The resolution asks Gov. Ron DeSantis to ban the vaccines in Florida and seize all supplies of the vaccine in the state.
The resolution originated with Joseph Sansone, a Lee County psychotherapist who specializes in hypnosis, according to his website.
He said six previous county-level Republican executive committees — the organizations of precinct representatives that govern the local party chapters — have passed it: Collier, Lake, Lee, St. Johns, Santa Rosa and Seminole counties.
The Hillsborough executive committee passed it on a 70-44 vote Thursday night, said party chairperson Dana Galen. Among those voting no was Jim Davison, a doctor who just filed to run for a county commissioner seat.
The resolution asserts... that the vaccine alters human DNA. In an interview, Sansone said...that the vaccine caused numerous miscarriages in clinical trials. It says “an enormous number of humans have died or have been permanently disabled” by the vaccine, which is part of “an enormous fraud” by “government agencies, media and tech companies, and other corporations.”

Bill Gates’ Untested Covid Vaccine Approved for Public Use
A new Covid vaccine funded by Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has just been approved for public use.
The SKYCovion vaccine was awarded regulatory approval from the UK Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (“MHRA”).
After being approved by the MHRA, the vaccine can now be used in several countries around the world and appears to be targeting underdeveloped nations.
SKYCovion was developed in South Korea with significant funding from Bill Gates.
It combines a part of the SARS-CoV-2 virus spike protein with an “adjuvant.”
The self-assembled nanoparticle vaccine is adjuvanted with GSK’s AS03 adjuvant technology.
The MHRA states that: the duration of protection is unknown and no protection is anticipated after the first dose. Additionally, the safety and efficacy of the vaccine for immunocompromised people have not been assessed. There is no experience with the vaccine in pregnant women and it is unknown whether the vaccine is excreted in breast milk.
So far, and unsurprisingly, SKYCovion has not been approved by any other Western country.
In response, renowned British scientist Professor Norman Fenton is submitting a Freedom of Information request to MHRA Chief Executive June Raine to demand anwers.

The poster child in that category is rabies, a virus that can infect just about every mammal, and that is almost invariably fatal to us. And so vaccines against this virus permeate every ring, starting with the tightest ones. To prevent human rabies at the population level, “the single most effective intervention,” Brown told me, is making sure that the majority of dogs in a community have gotten their shots.
To break even more transmission chains, scientists have concocted bespoke rabies vaccines for coyotes, foxes, raccoons, and other wild species that sometimes venture into our realm. Out in nature, “the delivery system has to really match the ecology of the animal,” Tsao, of Michigan State University, told me. In North America, edible forms of the vaccine, flavored with fish or vanilla, fed to land-roving omnivores, have controlled the virus in raccoons, and helped to halt its westward spread; to keep rabies out of super-social bats, researchers are exploring whether immunizing ointments can be slathered onto a few individuals, then groomed off by the rest.
For every new animal that might need the vaccine, though, scientists must figure out new logistics—maybe even a new recipe. And these sorts of trials are not exactly easy to run in wild settings, which makes it tough to determine how many animals an immunization needs to reach, says Sergio Recuenco, an epidemiologist at the National University of San Marcos, in Peru...
Vaccination, to be clear, wouldn’t be enough to halt this outbreak on its own. The virus has already spread to too many regions and too many hosts; reaching all of the susceptible birds would be “an insurmountable task,” Sharif told me. Nor do we have the tools to manage such a feat. Avian vaccines, okayed for use on poultry farms, do exist. But although they can tamp down disease severity, they’re not powerful enough to stop the virus from spreading, even in the species they were designed for. Their performance would probably be spottier still in many of the wild birds suffering the virus’s worst effects.
Some experts have floated the notion of vaccinating a subset of especially vulnerable species: bald eagles, California condors, a whole list of imperiled shoreline birds.

‘Establishment’ Asked Facebook to ‘Censor’ COVID Posts – Zuckerberg
The Meta chief admitted that the social media platform removed millions of posts during the Covid-19 pandemic
Facebook was asked by the scientific “establishment” to remove various posts related to Covid-19 which later proved to be “debatable or true,” Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg said during a podcast interview this week.
Speaking to the Russian-American interviewer Lex Fridman in a podcast released on Thursday, Zuckerberg said that policing Facebook’s attempts to remove mistruths is “really tricky.”
“Just take some of the stuff around Covid earlier on in the pandemic,” Zuckerberg explained, “Where there were real health implications but there hadn’t been time to fully vet a bunch of the scientific assumptions.”
He continued: “Unfortunately, I think a lot of the establishment on that kind-of waffled on a bunch of facts.”
Zuckerberg said in August 2021, in an interview with CBS during the height of the pandemic, that Facebook takes down content the platform views as “harmful,” as it violates the company’s policies. He also stated that at the time, Facebook removed around 18 million posts that were judged to have spread misinformation about the virus.
