🚨 Doctor Fired for Refusing COVID Shots Sues Tufts Medical Center
In a lawsuit filed Oct. 8, Dr. Theresa Gabana — who worked at Tufts for 29 years before being fired on Dec. 5, 2021 — alleged she was wrongfully terminated and her religious exemption request should not have been denied.
“Essentially, Dr. Gabana was given a ‘Hobson’s choice,’ when she was forced to ‘choose between her sincerely held Christian religious beliefs and her family’s livelihood,’” according to the complaint.
When Gabana chose to uphold her religious beliefs and applied for an exemption, “the hospital summarily denied her request wrongly claiming undue hardship,” Richard Chambers Jr., one of the attorneys representing Gabana, told The Defender.
The lawsuit demands $5 million in compensatory damages and $1 million in punitive damages.
Previous statements by former public health officials — including Birx and Fauci — acknowledging that the COVID-19 vaccines do not confer immunity, were also included in the complaint.

Covid-19 "Vaccine" Case vs. Mayo Clinic Revived By Federal Court
An eighth circuit court has made a new ruling on a 2023 case against the Mayo clinic for discriminating and not respecting 5 employees their religious belief.
U.S. District Judge John Tunheim in 2023 found that some of the plaintiffs did not prove that they hold religious beliefs in opposition to the mandate or show how the testing requirement conflicts with their beliefs.
The Eighth Circuit’s new ruling is that the judge’s findings were erroneous.
Federal employment law makes it illegal for employers to fire or otherwise take action against employees over their religion. The three workers whose religious exemption requests were denied, Shelly Kiel, Kenneth Ringhofer, and Anita Miller, all said that their Christian beliefs prevented them from accepting COVID-19 vaccination, in part because they oppose abortion and aborted fetus cells were used in the production or testing of the COVID-19 vaccines.

So the bottom line is, the more shots you have, the more likely you are to be disabled or die or be sterilized. And they know that. And they know that and they keep doing it."

PEOPLE ARE GETTING CREUTZFELDT-JAKOB DISEASE (CJD) FROM THE C19 BIOWEAPON JABS. This is an invariably fatal disease that causes ultra-rapid dementia and then death.
In this clip from a recent interview with Children's Health Defense, Gianni and Sam Cohen describe how their mother, Cheryl Cohen, developed Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD) soon after receiving her second COVID injection.

REPORT: Vaccines are the real cause of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, and the government has been covering it up for decades, one doctor says.
The term SIDS itself, according to Midwestern Doctor, is a euphemism used to cover up vaccine-related deaths.
One disturbing study found that two-thirds of infants who died of SIDS had been vaccinated with the DPT vaccine prior to death. Of those, 6.5% died within 12 hours of vaccination, 13% within 24 hours, and 26% within three days.
Dr. William Torch, the author of the study, concluded, “DPT vaccination may be a generally unrecognized major cause of sudden infant and early childhood death, and that the risks of immunization may outweigh its potential benefits.”
Midwestern Doctor claims there is a century of evidence to suggest vaccines cause SIDS, but the government has continuously worked to suppress such findings.
One of those efforts has been the removal of vaccine-related death classifications in the ICD system in 1979. This change made it impossible for doctors to officially attribute infant deaths to vaccines, further obscuring the true cause of SIDS.
"The children who died from SIDS and their parents deserve recognition and justice," says Midwestern Doctor.
"Infants cannot speak up for themselves. When you observe these vaccine injuries and the trauma they experience, it’s very apparent what happened."
