🚨 Appeals Court Rules Against CHD, RFK Jr. in Landmark Censorship Case
An appeals court handed down a ruling late Monday, dealing a blow to the landmark censorship case brought in March 2023 by Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. against the Biden administration.
The 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled the plaintiffs — CHD, Kennedy and news consumer Connie Sampognaro — have no legal basis to sue the Biden administration for pressuring tech giants to censor their social media posts.

Ex-CDC Director Throws Fauci Under the Bus
“This [COVID] virus was not of natural origin. It was an act of scientific ARROGANCE.”
The “wet market theory” that Fauci pushed hard in 2020 was, according to Dr. Redfield, a HOAX.
Redfield knows this because, in early 2020, the Chinese CDC director, George Gao, told him, “Bob, we have hundreds of cases, and it [COVID] has nothing to do with the wet market.”
After doing his own analysis as a clinical virologist, Redfield told Fauci, “This virus was way too infectious in humans right out of the gate,” leading him to conclude it was made in a lab.

Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, a physician who is board-certified in both Otolaryngology and Sleep Medicine, describes for Michael Farris how Casey and Calley Means and their "food group" refuse to go on record regarding the COVID injections. Casey and Calley Means have become burgeoning stars of the MAHA—Make America Healthy Again—movement, appearing on blockbuster platforms such as Joe Rogan's podcast and the Tucker Carlson Network; yet, for some reason, they largely focus on food as opposed to "vaccines."
"What's frustrating about Calley and Casey Means, and...their food group is they will not go on record to talk about the COVID shots...I've had two conversations with [Calley] Means on the phone asking [him to] just to go on record, and he will not," Bowden tells Farris. The physician says that she has spoken with Calley on the phone twice, yet "he just basically kept talking about food and doesn't understand why...I'm trying to give him some sort of purity test [regarding the COVID injections]."
Bowden notes that she's also DM'd Casey Means here on X multiple times, but hasn't received any response.
"There's a couple options [why they won't speak out about the COVID injections]," Bowden says. "They truly believe that the COVID shots are safe and effective, and they don't think that they should be taken off the market...[or] maybe they are being influenced by...Big Pharma. Maybe Big Pharma has asked them to come in and distract everybody. That's another possibility. But either way, you know, the fact that they can't make any kind of statement about it one way or the other is suspicious."
Furthermore, Bowden says that "Dr." Marty Makary, who has also become a MAHA centerpiece, will also not come out on record regarding the COVID injections. In fact, as of August 2023, Makary was still telling *pregnant women* to get the enormously dangerous jabs.

Health officials in Idaho’s Southwest District Health have voted to ban Covid mRNA “vaccines” in a landmark decision.

The Most Devastating COVID Report So Far
A damning new government report reveals the Biden-Harris regime spent $1 billion to propagandize Americans and push fake news about the COVID shots and masks on the public.
This vile propaganda campaign was conducted by a PR firm called Fors Marsh Group (FMG), which was funded by your tax dollars via HHS.
The firm’s goal was to increase vax uptake using two sinister strategies:
1. Exaggerate Covid mortality risk
2. Downplay the fact that there was no good evidence that the COVID-19 vax stops transmission.
The report detailed how it was posited that “a person’s belief in a personal threat” coupled with their belief in a “recommended health behavior [vaccine]” leads to an increased likelihood that they will “adopt” the intended behavior.
What this means in plain English is that you lie to someone to make them overly fearful about a disease, and then lie to them again about a product’s efficacy, then you increase the likelihood that they will take an experimental gene therapy.
Censored epidemiologist @ DrJBhattacharya wrote, “Ultimately, since the messaging did not match reality, the campaign collapsed public trust in public health.”
Fors Marsh Group also lied to parents, telling them that “schools could open in fall 2021” if they chose to get their kids vaccinated.
The ads never warned parents about risks like myocarditis, and it was so misleading that HHS “scrubbed the propaganda ads from this era from its web pages.”

It's critical to acknowledge the COVID scam/crime against humanity has been a major *EUGENICS PROGRAM*.

VICTORY: Idaho health board becomes the first to REMOVE Covid-19 vaccines from their clinics.
