A woman's body was among the five new casualties uncovered from the rubble left from the IDF strike on a residential building on Fatahallah Street in the Basta al-Fauqa district in Beirut, a source from local medical staff told RT.
A large number of people are missing as a result of the strike, with footage from social networks apparently showing the devastation left, while at least 23 more have been left injured.
At least four airstrikes in total were recorded in the Lebanese capital at around 4am local time.

The US Supreme Court declined to rule on a securities fraud lawsuit against Meta's Facebook. The case, led by Amalgamated Bank, accuses Facebook of misleading investors about user data misuse. The justices left a lower court’s decision allowing the lawsuit intact.
The plaintiffs in the Facebook case claimed the company unlawfully withheld information from investors about a 2015 data breach involving British political consulting firm Cambridge Analytica that affected more than 30 million Facebook users.

46 Russian civilians return home from captivity in Ukraine
Forty-six residents of the Kursk region have returned to Russia from Ukraine as the result of special negotiations. Among them are 12 children, including an infant, according to Russian Ombudswoman Tatyana Moskalkova.
