A New York judge has paused proceedings in President-elect Donald Trump's criminal case related to hush money payments, according to documents released Tuesday.
Judge Juan Merchan was to rule by Tuesday on vacating Trump's conviction due to a Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity.
All case proceedings are now paused until Nov. 19.
