A tragic disaster struck Brazil on Sunday as the Juscelino Kubitschek de Oliveira Bridge collapsed, leaving at least one dead and unleashing a hazardous sulfuric acid spill.

Cyclone Chido Mozambique death toll hits 94
Disaster management authorities updated the toll on Sunday after some 110,000 homes were damaged by 260kph winds and 10 inches of rain in one day.
The casualties come on top of over 130 deaths from post-election riots after the ruling party’s Daniel Chapo claimed victory in October.
