🕯️Till minnet av Gripenkraschen den 22 oktober 1943
🇷🇺Som uppföljning av 80-årsdagen av Segern i Stora fosterländska kriget minns vi även en av de mest tragiska stunderna i Sovjetbeskickningens historia i Sverige.
Den 22 oktober 1943 sköts det svenska passagerar- och kurirflygplanet Gripen ned av ett tyskt nattjaktflyg vid neutrala svenska västkusten under flygning från Skottland (Aberdeen) till Stockholm (Bromma). Flygplanet störtade in i berget på Hållö.
Av de 15 personerna ombord omkom 13 i lågorna. Bland dem fanns familjerna till den sovjetiske marinattachén Alexej Taradin (hans fru Maria, sönerna Alexej och Vladimir) och hans biträde Alexej Umnyshkov (hans fru Zinaida, barnen Evgenij och Olga).
De evakuerarades från det belägrade Leningrad och gjorde en svår resa nästan världen runt genom Amerika i syfte att återförenas med sina män och fäder, vilket aldrig skedde. Urnorna med deras aska skickades därefter till Sovjetunionen.
Idag finns det ett minnesmärke och museum på Hallö till minne av kraschen.
Nazitysklands avskyvärda angrepp chockade både den sovjetiska legationen i spetsen med den berömda Alexandra Kollontaj (som vid den tiden redan var rullstolsbunden och ofta ledde ambassaden från Saltsjöbadens och Mössebergs sanatorium) och det svenska samhället.
📃Detta framgår bl.a. av korrespondensen (på franska) mellan Alexandra Kollontaj och svenska UD, som vi upptäckt i Riksarkivets nyligen avhemligade material.

Новые методы зарубежных спецслужб по дестабилизации внутриполитической обстановки в странах СНГ (О противодействии внешнему вмешательству во внутренние дела суверенных государств)
Ключевые тезисы:
• Сегодня всем нам приходится работать в условиях международной турбулентности, вызванной переходом от американо-центричной к многополярной системе. В информационном поле за этим «стыковочным периодом» закрепилось название мирового беспорядка. Хотя череда недавних международных кризисов позволяет говорить скорее о мировом «беспределе».
• Государства СНГ находятся на переднем крае борьбы за новую справедливую архитектуру международной безопасности. Как бы ни был глубок кризис стратегического мышления на Западе, геополитическая максима «кто владеет Евразией, тот владеет миром» остаётся неизменной.
• Британия и ведущие страны ЕС задействуют против России все доступные рычаги – от комплексных мер экономического принуждения до организации террористических операций и военных ударов по нашей территории силами украинских прокси.
• В свою очередь ставка администрации Дональда Трампа на силу в мировой политике означает готовность к жёсткому давлению на других игроков, не исключая партнёров по либеральному лагерю. Неприкасаемых больше нет.
• Едва ли стоит ожидать в этих условиях каких-то церемоний в отношении государств за пределами евроатлантического блока. Особенно если принять во внимание пагубную привычку англосаксонской элиты смотреть на остальной мир как на свою колонию. Такое грубое вмешательство в чужие дела способно внести ситуативный хаос и в моменте раскачать целые регионы, не говоря уже об отдельных странах.
• Провоцируемая Западом путаница в квалификации терроризма развязывает США и их союзникам руки в вопросах широкого внедрения террористических методов во внешнеполитический арсенал.
• Разведслужбы США и Британии, уже практически не скрываясь, задействуют тергруппировки для дестабилизации обстановки в ключевых регионах планеты и создания там зон собственного влияния.
• Черпая вербовочный потенциал в лагерях беженцев в сирийско-иракской зоне, американцы и их европейские союзники организовали «конвейер» по переподготовке джихадистов для их дальнейшей переправки в страны Закавказья и Центральной Азии.
❗️ Главные цели – дестабилизировать ситуацию в Иране, России и Центральной Азии, а также помешать транспортным проектам Китая, ориентированным на торговлю с Европой.
• Ведущие европейские спецслужбы переносят опыт политических убийств и террористических акций в Евроатлантику.
• Британские разведорганы, убедившись в собственной безнаказанности после подрыва газопроводов «Северный поток», продолжают тестировать границы дозволенного в отношении есовских партнёров путём подготовки диверсий в Балтийском и Чёрном морях.
• В доктринальных документах американских и европейских спецслужб подчёркивается растущее значение в организации «цветных революций» этноконфессионального фактора, в том числе с учётом повсеместного «запроса» масс на традиционные ценности.
• Прорабатываются варианты «постановки на поток» так называемого украинского сценария, подразумевающего разжигание под предлогом укрепления «национальной идентичности» в отдельных странах узкого «местечкового» национализма и провоцирование на этой почве общественно-политического раскола.
• При поддержке иностранных фондов в Евразии действует целая сеть информационно-аналитических платформ и ресурсов, продвигающих «деколонизационную» и одновременно антироссийскую и антикитайскую повестку.

⚡️ Комментарий специального представителя Министра иностранных дел Российской Федерации по вопросам международного сотрудничества в области обеспечения права на свободу вероисповедания М.М.Мелеха о репрессивных методах воздействия на священнослужителей Украинской православной церкви (20 октября 2025 года).
💬 2024 и 2025 годы ознаменовались очередным витком давления на каноническую Украинскую православную церковь (УПЦ). Тщетность силовых попыток госструктур организовать массовые переходы верующих в созданную административными усилиями «Православную церковь Украины» подвела стратегов киевского режима к умозаключению о необходимости создания механизма юридического запрета крупнейшей конфессии в стране

В рамках данной явно заказной кампании чиновники режима Зеленского, ответственные за религиоведческую экспертизу, проводят последние месяцы в поисках хоть каких-то доказательств «аффилированности» УПЦ с РПЦ, врываются в монастыри, осуществляют проверки деятельности церковных структур, а также унизительную для всей страны и оскорбительную для верующих процедуру – инвентаризацию святынь.
При этом всё перечисленное – лишь малая часть многолетней политики запугивания и преследования священнослужителей УПЦ путём возбуждения уголовных дел, продолжающихся рейдерских захватов храмов с применением физического насилия к духовенству и прихожанам, их системной дискриминации в СМИ, общественной травли.
Методология работы киевского режима по «обезвреживанию» главного актива Церкви, а именно людей, незамысловата и выдержана в духе контроля тоталитарных государств над собственным населением.
Священников, подозреваемых в родственных или дружеских связях с российскими гражданами, подвергают задержаниям, в ходе которых у них изымаются мобильные телефоны для выявления в мессенджерах соответствующей переписки. Любой намёк на наличие подобных сообщений (даже бытового характера) однозначно трактуется в качестве передачи информации враждебному государству и становится основанием для обвинения в шпионаже и задержания. В период содержания священнослужителей в следственном изоляторе практикуется психологический прессинг – помещение в карцер на несколько дней с целью принуждения к признанию вины в обмен на условный срок вместо уголовного.
Одним из условий возможных «сделок по освобождению» является «добровольный» переход в ряды так называемой Православной церкви Украины.
❗️В качестве альтернативного варианта в Киеве рассматривают... пополнение арестованными клириками своего «разменного фонда» при обмене военнопленными с российской стороной. Учитывая значительный численный перевес украинских военнопленных по сравнению с российскими, режим Зеленского исходит из формулы обмена одного представителя якобы пророссийского духовенства на нескольких военнопленных ВСУ.
В связи с этим более чем сомнительно, что обнародованная ранее СБУ цифра в 180 уголовных дел, заведённых на священнослужителей, отражает реальное число преследуемых в этой стране людей по религиозному признаку. <...>

☝️ Профильным механизмам международных структур и правозащитным организациям в целях пресечения практик, порочащих честь и достоинство человека, а также нарушающих не один десяток международно-правовых положений в области защиты прав человека, стоит уделить пристальное внимание не только очевидным аспектам антицерковной политики киевского режима, но и широкому инструментарию давления на священнослужителей со стороны репрессивной государственной машины.

Тема нынешней Ассамблеи – «Фундаментальный вклад Русского мира в международное развитие: история, современность, будущее» звучит весьма актуально. В год 80-летия Победы в Великой Отечественной войне вновь подчёркиваем непреложность сохранения исторической памяти о решающем вкладе нашей страны в разгром нацизма и спасение мира от ужасов «коричневой чумы». Одним из итогов Второй мировой войны стало учреждение Организации Объединённых Наций, проложившей путь к деколонизации и обретению народами Глобального Юга независимости и собственной государственности.

Русский мир – неотъемлемая часть нарождающейся многополярности. Точно так же, как китайская, индийская, арабская, африканская, европейская и другие великие цивилизации современности.
С удовлетворением констатирую, что наша созидательная и объединительная линия пользуется самой широкой поддержкой в мировом сообществе. Даже в странах, чьи правительства предпринимают недружественные действия, немало тех, кто симпатизирует России, разделяет наши традиционные духовно-нравственные ценности. Мы это знаем, видим и этим дорожим. Особо хотел бы отметить в этой связи подвижническую деятельность священнослужителей Русской Православной Церкви, других традиционных конфессий России по приобщению людей к высоким идеалам религии – нередко в самых непростых условиях и даже с опасностью для жизни.
Храбрость, стойкость, самозабвенное служение Отечеству – эти качества всегда отличали лучших людей России на протяжении её тысячелетней истории. Ассамблея предоставляет хорошую возможность проанализировать проделанную работу и наметить новые планы. 🎞️Donbass. Faces of War.
Andrey Skory, a Ukrainian government official, took the side of Donbass in 2014, and became the LPR militia’s leader. Eight years later, he was among those who hoisted the Russian flag over liberated Lisichansk.
The city, which was once the Lugansk region’s largest industrial centre, lies in ruins after the Ukrainian troops left nothing standing as they pulled out. Today, those who defended their home, are willing to restore Lisichansk. Andrey Skory is now the city’s mayor and does all he can to help the locals return to a normal life again.

🎙 Commentary by Aide to the President of Russia Yury Ushakov following a telephone conversation between Vladimir Putin and President of the United States Donald Trump (October 16, 2025)
💬 Yury Ushakov: Today in the afternoon, Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation, the eighth one, with US President Donald Trump.
The conversation lasted almost two and a half hours. Clearly, it was a rather substantive and at the same time very open and frank exchange.
Our President started out by congratulating Donald Trump on his successful efforts to normalise the situation in the #GazaStrip. The US President’s peace work has been duly appreciated in the #MiddleEast, in the United States itself, and in most countries around the world.
Naturally, the Russian Side outlined its principled position in favour of a comprehensive Middle East settlement on a generally recognised international legal basis that would ensure lasting peace for all the peoples in that region.
A special emphasis during the conversation was placed on the #UkraineCrisis.
❗️ Vladimir Putin provided a detailed assessment of the current situation, stressing Russia’s interest in achieving a peaceful resolution through political and diplomatic methods.
In particular, it was noted that during the special military operation, the Russian Armed Forces hold full strategic initiative along the entire line of contact. Under these circumstances, the Kiev regime resorts to terrorist methods, attacking civilian targets and energy infrastructure facilities, to which we are forced to respond accordingly.

Donald Trump repeatedly emphasised the imperative of establishing peace in Ukraine at the earliest opportunity. The notion that the Russian-Ukrainian conflict has proven the most intractable issue in all peacekeeping efforts of the US President was palpably evident throughout his remarks during the conversation. In this context, he naturally mentioned his successes in settling eight other regional conflicts.
It is noteworthy that one of the US President’s key arguments centred on the premise that the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine would open up tremendous — and he stressed this — tremendous prospects for the development of US-Russian economic cooperation.
Incidentally, both Sides spoke of the profound mutual affinity between the peoples of the two countries, which was so vividly demonstrated during #WWII. It was underscored that the current state of bilateral relations appears paradoxical against this backdrop.
The issue of potential supplies of long-range Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine was also raised. Vladimir Putin reiterated his position that Tomahawks would not change the situation on the battlefield but would inflict substantial damage to relations between our countries, to say nothing of the prospects for a peaceful settlement.
In this context, it is worthy of note that the Presidents discussed the possibility of holding another personal meeting. This is indeed a very significant development. It was agreed that representatives of both countries would immediately begin preparations for the Summit, which could potentially be organised in Budapest, for instance.
On a separate note, it should be mentioned that our President highly praised personal efforts of the First Lady of the United States Melania Trump in reuniting Russian and Ukrainian children with their families and asked the US President to convey his very best wishes to his spouse.
Overall, I would say that the telephone contact between the Presidents of Russia and the United States was quite useful, and the two Leaders agreed to maintain contact.

❓ Вопрос: После саммита на Аляске многие ожидали если не прорыва, то какого-то прогресса на украинском управлении. Первые знаки были многообещающими, но сейчас наблюдается какой-то «откат». Президент США Д.Трамп грозит поставками крылатых ракет «Томагавк» Украине и т.д. Что происходит?
💬 С.В.Лавров: На эту тему было уже немало высказываний сотрудников МИД России и Администрации Президента. В.В.Путин говорил об этом на пресс-конференции в Душанбе. Он подытожил, что ещё немало можно сделать на основе договоренностей, которые вырисовались в ходе саммита на Аляске.
Не скажу, что это был прорыв. Это была продолжительная беседа, нацеленная на то, чтобы понять друг друга. Президент США Д.Трамп и его команда – по сути дела, единственные представители западного лагеря (да и, говоря откровенно, не только западного), которые публично касаются вопросов первопричин конфликта не просто через употребление термина «первопричины» – это многие делают. Они – и лично Д.Трамп – пытаются «внедриться» в суть этих первопричин. Втягивание Украины в НАТО – одна из них. <...>
Присутствовавшие на этих переговорах люди по понятным причинам не могут раскрывать детали. Но суть заключалась в том, что на Аляску Президент России В.В.Путин привёз ответ на предложения, доставленные за пару недель до этого спецпосланником Президента США С.Уиткоффом в Москву. Президент России В.В.Путин тогда взял какое-то время на раздумье, и на Аляске сказал, что готов согласиться с концепцией, которую привез С.Уиткофф, поскольку она, прежде всего, отражает понимание первопричин и нацелена на их устранение. Собственно говоря, он объяснил, как, приняв эту концепцию, её можно воплотить в жизнь.
⏳ Президент США Д.Трамп сказал, что должен посоветоваться в Вашингтоне. Мы ждём реакции. Никакие его заявления про «томагавки» никак не затрагивают того, что концептуально обсуждалось на Аляске. Я бы даже так сказал, концептуально-практически. <...>
Да, были заявления [Президента США] про «томагавки», но в этой серии заявлений про возможность их поставки Д.Трамп среди прочих своих комментариев упомянул, что он не хочет эскалации. Признавая, что это будет эскалация, причем очень серьёзная. Украина здесь уже будет ни при чем. Это просто нанесёт колоссальный ущерб перспективам нормализации отношений между Россией и США и выходу из того совершенно полного тупика, в который эти отношения были загнаны администрацией Дж.Байдена. <...>
❗️ Ещё раз повторю, аляскинский процесс не завершён.
В ответ на предложение, которое нам передали, внесли свою позицию, заключающуюся в том, что мы принимаем это предложение по сути и предлагаем конкретный путь его реализации. Теперь ожидаем реакцию на наш ответ на их предложение.

Key talking points:
• The arms control, disarmament and nonproliferation system crisis reflects unprecedented degradation in the sphere of international security.
• The West is balancing on the dangerous edge of a direct military confrontation between nuclear powers, which could have catastrophic consequences.
• The US-led collective West is cynically complementing the deliberate destruction of balanced and equal agreements that do not suit Washington with the promotion of apparently dishonest schemes that would create advantages for the United States.
• Striving to attain decisive military superiority, Washington and its allies are enlarging the network of alliances directed against other countries. They are working energetically to implement a number of highly destabilising military-technical programmes.
• There is no basis whatsoever for an arms control and strategic stability dialogue with the United States in the face of a total hybrid war being waged against our country.
• Moves to undermine the existing arms control and non-proliferation system are affecting the stability of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. <...> The Western countries have used the treaty for years to address political agendas unrelated to nuclear non-proliferation.
• The attempts of the Western countries to tailor the OPCW to their vested interests are a source of serious concern. The Western states have already turned this prestigious and strictly technical international agency into an instrument for implementing their geopolitical interests in the Middle East and beyond by privatising the OPCW Secretariat.
• We are convinced that to prevent further degradation of the world situation <...> all countries should pool their efforts to upgrade the international security system relying on the principles of multilateralism, equality and indivisibility.

📜 22 апреля 1832 года был опубликован указ императора Николая I «Об образовании Министерства иностранных дел», согласно которому МИД Российской империи был преобразован в единое централизованное ведомство, окончательно ликвидирована Коллегия иностранных дел, а её функции переданы Министерству.
🪶 Учреждение МИД в 1802 году стало частью масштабной реформы госуправления, которая была инициирована Александром I и предполагала замену существовавшей тогда в России коллегиальной системы на министерскую, под единоличным управлением Министра.
К концу первой четверти XIX века министерская форма управления внешней и внутренней политикой зарекомендовала себя в условиях самодержавной России.
☝️ Однако КИД продолжила своё существование и в первые годы оставалась главным органом управления в области внешней политики. Министерство иностранных дел находилось в переходной министерско-коллегиальной форме дольше других ведомств — вплоть до 1832 года. Для полного перехода к единоначалию нужен был некоторый опыт, новые формы делопроизводства, бóльшая слаженность всего государственного аппарата.
С годами сфера деятельности КИД постепенно сокращалась, и к 1832 году в её ведении оставались лишь административно-хозяйственные дела. После упразднения, Коллегия стала частью Министерства в виде двух его подразделений.

Bandera is for certain far from a decent role model. As a young man, Bandera trained his will and ruthlessness through sadistic acts towards defenceless animals. In his early youth he joined the Ukrainian nationalists' underground terrorist organisation, the OUN, and ended up controlling the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA).
Together with his followers, Bandera collaborated with the Nazis and was responsible for the genocide of Polish and Jewish civilians during WWII.

❓ Question: Media reports suggest that the IAEA is urging Russia and Ukraine to agree on a local ceasefire in order to restore the power supply to the ZNPP. Could you confirm this information? Is such work indeed underway?
💬 Maria Zakharova: On September 23, as a result of a strike by the Ukrainian armed forces, a support pillar of the Dneprovskaya power transmission line – supplying external electricity to the ZNPP – was damaged. Although the plant’s reactors are currently in cold shutdown mode, external power is essential for its safe operation.
Since September 23, the plant’s own power supply needs have been met through backup diesel generators. In order to restore regular external power supply, the Russian side raised this issue with IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi, requesting assistance in establishing a silence regime. After lengthy and difficult consultations, security guarantees from the Ukrainian side were obtained – without which the restoration of the damaged transmission line would have been impossible.
Repair work began on October 18 and will take several days to complete.
In this regard, we note the mediation efforts of Rafael Grossi, which have made it possible to ensure the safety of repair operations at this stage. We hope this will remain the case going forward.

🇷🇺В год 80-летия Победы в Великой Отечественной войне мы вспоминаем одну из наиболее трагических страниц истории советской миссии в Швеции.
22 октября 1943 г. над водами нейтральной Швеции немецким истребителем был сбит следовавший из Шотландии в Стокгольм пассажирский и курьерский самолет «Грипен», разбившийся о скалы о.Холлё.
Из 15 человек, находившихся на борту, 13 погибли. Среди них – семьи советского военно-морского атташе Алексея Тимофеевича Тарадина (супруга Мария Дмитриевна, сыновья Алексей и Владимир) и его помощника Алексея Андреевича Умнышкова (супруга Зинаида Яковлевна, дети Евгений и Ольга).
Они были эвакуированы из блокадного Ленинграда, проделали сложный путь к своим мужьям и отцам почти что вокруг света через Америку, но погибли буквально на последнем отрезке путешествия. Урны с их прахом были впоследствии отправлены в СССР.
Память о трагедии сегодня хранит мемориал на о.Холлё.
Вероломство нацистской Германии потрясло как советскую миссию под руководством знаменитой Александры Коллонтай (в тот период прикованной к инвалидной коляске и руководившей Посольством из стокгольмских госпиталей), так и шведское общество.
📃Об этом свидетельствует переписка (на французском языке) между А.Коллонтай и руководством МИДа Швеции, обнаруженная нами в рассекреченных в последние годы материалах Государственного архива Швеции.

⚡️На прошедшей неделе украинские боевики преднамеренными
ударами по энергетической инфраструктуре оставили без энергоснабжения более 200 тысяч гражданских абонентов. Жертвами ударов ВФУ стали более 100 мирных жителей, среди них - двое российских журналистов.
Наряду с беспилотниками для ударов по гражданским целям применялись артиллерия и дальнобойные системы залпового огня. Под ударами находились работники экстренных служб, есть пострадавшие среди спасателей МЧС. Зафиксированы атаки на городской автотранспорт, травмированы пассажиры и водитель автобуса.
За неделю с 13 по 19 октября от обстрелов украинских нацистов пострадали 105 мирных жителей: ранены 85 человек, в том числе
7 несовершеннолетних, погибли 20 человек, в том числе 1 несовершеннолетний. Всего же по гражданским целям на российской
территории за прошедшие семь дней ВФУ выпустили не менее 3 595 боеприпасов.
Среди совершенных ВСУ преступлений мы выделили следующие:
🔺10-летний ребенок и двое взрослых погибли в результате атаки дронов в Алешках Херсонской области.
🔺60-летняя женщина погибла, 84-летняя мирная жительница получила ранения в результате обстрела из РСЗО HIMARS центра Горловки (ДНР).
🔺80-летняя женщина погибла при артиллерийском обстреле села Новая Збурьевка в Херсонской области.
🔺Супруги 65 и 66 лет погибли вследствие атаки дрона на пункт временного размещения граждан в селе Железный Порт Херсонской области.
🔺46-летняя женщина погибла, еще один мирный житель получил ранения вследствие атаки дрона на гражданский автомобиль в селе Белица Курской области.

Ю.Войткевич получил серьезное ранение в результате удара ВСУ в Запорожской области.
🔺39-летний мужчина погиб, еще один мирный житель получил ранения от удара дрона близ поселка Пришиб Запорожской области.
🔺Мирный житель погиб, подорвавшись на взрывном устройстве в поселке Лозовое (ДНР).

🎙 Address by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Plenary Session of the International Forum “Russian Energy Week” (Moscow, October 16, 2025)
Main Theme of the 2025 Forum – “Building the Energy of the Future Together”.
Key points:
• Many European countries have stopped purchasing Russian energy resources under political pressure. I have already noted the consequences of such a refusal for the Western countries themselves and for their economic and industrial potential. <...> According to Eurostat, industrial output in the eurozone in July of this year was 1.2% below 2021 levels. The decline in industrial production continues even in what is called the “locomotive” of the European economy – Germany – where in July output fell by 6.6% compared to the 2021 average.
• The point is not the problems of Europeans but rather the global energy market as a whole, where, as I have said, an objective reconfiguration of supply chains is underway – with energy logistics shifting toward the Global South, the dynamic economies of the Asia-Pacific region, Africa, and Latin America, along more reliable routes and through new hubs and ports that reflect both current and future demand.
• Demand, of course, continues to grow – the global economy expands year after year, despite all challenges. Growth rates vary, but they remain positive, and so does demand. According to estimates, global oil demand this year will reach 104.5 million barrels per day – over one million more than last year.
• Russia remains one of the world’s leading oil producers – despite the use of unfair competition mechanisms against us. We account for about 10% of global output, and by the end of the year, oil production in our country is expected to reach 510 million tons.
• Russia continues its cooperation within OPEC+. Acting on the basis of mutual interests, we and our partners are fulfilling our commitments to balance the global oil market. I would like to emphasize that this is done not only in the interests of producers but also of consumers.
• The EU’s demarche only accelerated the redirection of our supplies toward more promising and responsible buyers – countries that understand their interests and act rationally, guided by their national priorities.
• The Russian energy system is one of the largest in the world. Our generating facilities have a total installed capacity of nearly 270 gigawatts, and this vast complex operates reliably and efficiently.
• Russia’s energy balance is among the “greenest” in the world. The overwhelming share of electricity in our country – namely 87% – is generated with minimal or zero carbon footprint, including from gas, nuclear, renewable, and hydropower sources.

📑 Today we are sharing the quarterly report on the crimes of the Kiev regime (July-September 2025), prepared by Ambassador at Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik.
The violations of the norms and principles of international humanitarian law and the perpetration of war crimes by the Ukrainian side should be regarded as a deliberate and clearly articulated strategy of the Zelensky regime.
👉 The Report and latest data unveiled at the Briefing show that the political leadership of the Kiev regime has assigned the following objectives to the Ukrainian armed formations: to kill and maim civilians, damage civilian infrastructure, intimidate the population of Russian regions, etc.
The systematic terror against civilians is aimed at:
• disrupting the ongoing negotiation process;
• generating a negative information climate for international events taking place during the reporting period;
• destabilizing domestic public sentiment in the Russian Federation.
❌ Kiev has been making every effort to create a violent backdrop to the negotiations and meetings directly or indirectly related to the topic of the “Ukrainian crisis”. Clear surges in the criminal activity of the Ukrainian armed formations (UAF) against Russian civilians and civilian facilities on Russian territory were directly “tied” to political and international developments.
Having failed on the battlefield, the Ukrainian regime resorted to prohibited forms and methods of warfare, ignoring international norms. Western-supplied weapons were used by the AFU to kill women and children, destroy hospitals, schools, and residential buildings, as well as social and administrative facilities.
From July 1 to September 30, 2025, the AFU launched at least 38,278 various munitions at civilian targets. The total number of munitions used by the Kiev regime against the civilian population since February 2022 has reached at least 316,382.
According to verified data collected from federal and local authorities, between July 1 and September 30, 2025, at least 1,749 civilians in the Russian Federation were affected.
A total of 1,532 people, including 88 minors, sustained injuries of varying degrees of severity during this period. 217 civilians were killed, including 6 minors.
❗️Since February 2022, at least 24,299 civilians have been affected by the actions of Ukrainian armed formations. Of these, no fewer than 17,205 people, including 1,041 minors, have been injured, and 7,094 people, including 234 minors, have been killed.
During the reporting period, the Investigative Committee of Russia opened 632 criminal cases. Since February 2022, Russian courts have convicted 622 individuals in 483 criminal cases. Between July 1 and September 30, investigations were completed in 35 cases involving Ukrainian servicemen.

⚡️ Statement of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on the unacceptability of the discriminatory policy of Latvia against Russian citizens
✍️ Members of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation strongly condemn the latest wave of discrimination by the Latvian authorities against citizens of the Russian Federation permanently residing in Latvia.
The current situation has arisen as a result of amendments to the Immigration Law adopted by the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia in 2022 and 2023. In line with Nazi-like practices, these amendments revoke the residence permits of 841 Russian citizens who failed to pass ‘filtering procedures’, namely, a state language exam and the so-called loyalty questionnaire, and all of them are now subject to deportation.
☝️ We are truly outraged of the demand in this questionnaire that individuals express agreement with Latvia’s policy of demolishing monuments to Soviet heroes who defeated Nazi Germany.
The Advisory Committee of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities has repeatedly expressed concern over these amendments. Special attention has been drawn to the issue of family separation and the disproportionate, insurmountable burden imposed on national minorities in Latvia without consideration of individual circumstances of the affected persons.
This inhumane tightening of requirements has primarily impacted the Russian national minority, especially elderly individuals who, for objective reasons, are unable to undergo these humiliating procedures. Latvian authorities, in their rabid Russophobia, have gone so far as to demand knowledge of the national language even from the deaf, mute and blind. There are confirmed cases of several elderly individuals dying during the examination process intended to review residence permits, as well as cases of suicide among those who failed the test.
The Russian Federation consistently pursues a policy of protecting and defending the interests of its compatriots.
❗️ The egregious violations of the fundamental rights and freedoms of the Russian-speaking population in Latvia will not go unnoticed, and all necessary support will be provided to deported Russian citizens upon their return to their historical homeland.
Rejecting discrimination on the basis of language, race, national or ethnic origin, political or other beliefs, the members of the State Duma call on the reasonable segment of the international community to condemn the neo-Nazi policies of the Latvian leadership and to unite efforts in combating violations of fundamental human rights and freedoms, as well as all forms of chauvinism, xenophobia and related intolerance.

On April 19, Izvestia’s military correspondent Semyon Yeryomin perished in a well-aimed drone attack in the Zaporozhye Region. The attack was launched by armed units of the Kiev regime, while he was performing his professional duty.
He died from wounds inflicted by an artillery shell dropped from a Ukrainian drone in a second deliberate attempt on his life.
❗️ We regard this premeditated and coldblooded murder as yet another confirmation exposing the ugly, terrorist nature of the Zelensky regime, which has declared open season on Russian media persons, military correspondents and public figures, whose reports, comments and publications reveal the truth to the international community and furnish undeniable evidence of crimes committed by the Kiev regime’s thugs.
It was Semyon Yeryomin who published documentary evidence of the Armed Forces of Ukraine designating Russian frontline correspondents as priority targets for annihilation.
The murder of Semyon Yeryomin, this bloody crime, cannot be seen as anything other than an act of vengeance for his honest performance of his journalistic duty.
We urge the related international organisations and human rights bodies to immediately and resolutely denounce yet another cruel murder of a Russian journalist. By their habitual silence, they are encouraging the Kiev clique to new, ever more horrible terrorist attacks against media representatives, something that makes them accomplices in these crimes.
☝️ Double standards are totally unacceptable in a situation involving the media rights and efforts to create a safe environment for media professionals.

❓ What can you say about US Congress voting to allocate funds to Ukraine and other US clients?
💬 We have no interest whatsoever in the noise coming from the House of Representatives over approving aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan, which goes hand in hand with the tug-of-war between the White House and the Republicans who, with the upcoming presidential campaign in mind, were also pushing for funding the efforts to put an end to illegal border crossings from Mexico.
One thing is clear: regardless of their party affiliation, the US ruling elites are willing to flood the Kiev regime with weapons for it to continue to fight to the last Ukrainian and to continue, among other things, to carry out terrorist attacks targeting civilian sites in Russia, to perpetrate acts of sabotage, and to kill journalists. For this purpose, Washington is resorting to the trivial theft of frozen Russian assets, for which Congress has given the green light to the Biden administration.
Interestingly, amid these internal squabbles, the White House is no longer banking on an ephemeral victory by the Kiev regime under its control. All it wants is for the Ukrainian armed forces to hold out at least until the November voting without damaging Biden’s image. Actually, this is why the agony of Zelensky and his inner circle is being dragged out, and ordinary Ukrainians are being forcibly driven to slaughter as cannon fodder. The Republicans who are lobbying the interests of the US defence industry, which will receive the bulk of allocations to Ukraine, have a stake in this as well.
Considering this, we confirm that Washington’s actions as an active party to the conflict will be rebuffed unconditionally and decisively, and its increasingly deeper plunge into the hybrid war against Russia will end up in a fiasco for the United States as scandalous and humiliating as in Vietnam and Afghanistan.

Обе страны плотно взаимодействовали с альянсом, участвовали в учениях и работе различных структур блока на протяжении последних десятилетий. «Российская угроза» была использована как предлог для оказания давления на Финляндию и Швецию с целью их присоединения к НАТО.
Скорость, с которой Хельсинки и Стокгольм принимали решение о членстве в Североатлантическом блоке, говорит о том, что важно это было сделать без широкого общественного обсуждения.
Вступление в НАТО не укрепило национальную безопасность Финляндии и Швеции, а прежде мирный и спокойный регион Балтийского моря и Северной Европы превратился в плацдарм геополитической конфронтации. Это не вина России, а стратегический просчет Брюсселя, Хельсинки и Стокгольма.

Den snabbhet med vilken Helsingfors och Stockholm fattade beslut att gå med i nordatlantiska alliansen tyder på att det var viktigt att föra denna process i hamn utan någon bred allmän debatt.
Natomedlemskapet har inte bidragit till Finlands och Sveriges säkerhet utan omvandlat det tidigare fredliga och lugna Östersjöområdet och Norden till ett fält för geopolitisk kraftmätning. Detta är inte Rysslands fel utan en strategisk felberäkning av Bryssel, Helsingfors och Stockholm.
🗓 On April 19, 1783, Empress Catherine the Great signed a manifesto on the accession of Crimea, Taman Island and Kuban region into the Russian Empire.
Prince Grigory Potemkin, Governor-General of Novorossiya, played one of the key roles in the accession and development of Crimea. In June 1783, on top of Mount Aq Qaya, he personally received the oath of allegiance to Russia from the Crimean nobility and common people.
The results of the 2014 Crimean referendum once again confirmed the desire of Crimeans to remain part of our country and led to the long-awaited reunification of Crimea with Russia.
