Over time, the documents you have submitted for your driver profile may become outdated. This may affect riders’ expectations of your profile details or lack in compliance with driving regulations which may impact your eligibility to drive for Ryde.
Kindly refer to the attached guide where we will show you how to update your profile on your Ryde Driver App.
Do note that all profile submissions will be verified and approved within 1-2 working days. To avoid any delays in processing, please also make sure that the updated documents are accurate.
