Syria is seeking up to $200 million to rebuild its war-damaged rail network and restore its role as a regional transit hub.
The plan focuses on reconnecting rail links with Turkey, Jordan, and Iraq, with longer-term expansion toward Saudi Arabia.
It also includes reopening freight corridors and improving cross-border customs procedures.
