Бывает реально, что недостаточно скиллсет, но в основном это всё сугубо денежный вопрос. Даже если скиллсета не хватает, то могут взять, но за поменьше. Но щас у нас в СНГ реже такая практика. Щас мидл+/синьоры ищутся
