Nonetheless there are some incredible examples of AI-generated video here. We’re not far from the point where AI video will be indistinguishable from reality.
One video here poses the question: “Is this universe woven from data any less worthy of our curiosity?” I’m inclined to say “yes” – it is less worthy than the real world – but it’s pretty cool nonetheless.

🏋♂ No time for exercise? Feeling unfit? Try this.
10-20 push-ups – slow (3-5 seconds each), controlled, full range of motion – or as many as you can manage. Rest 2 minutes and repeat twice more. By the end of the last set, you should be unable to do any more.
This is about getting you off the mark, rather than giving you a comprehensive fitness plan. You should start to see progress even with this limited amount of exercise if you repeat it regularly. Of course, you can build on this starting point as much as you want!

🏃♂ If there’s one tip to address mild anxiety, it’s to get up and get some exercise. Sitting and doing nothing (or worse, scrolling) does not help.
Take a walk, or ideally something more energetic – run, gym, weights, whatever. You should feel an immediate benefit during and after exercise.
Better still, make it a habit. If it’s built into your routine you’re less likely to skip it, and it just becomes part of what you do in the day or week.
🏃♂ What new Web3 applications will be powered by mobile advances? Will we be able to carry around copies of the blockchain in our pockets, with everyone running a full Bitcoin node?
It’s my hope that this will increase the decentralization of the blockchain ecosystem. That will enable everyone to participate to a greater degree, and make it more secure for everyone.
