🪙 Big day for Ethereum. The Pectra upgrade is coming, and it’s not just technical. It’s a shift in how users experience Ethereum: smart wallets, gas paid in any token, cheaper L2s, scalable staking without the 32 ETH limit.
This time, it’s not about devs. It’s about everyone. Watch it unfold live here.
👻 Jeffy Yu, 22, creator of the AI project Zerebro, has reportedly died by suicide. But things got weird after, his wallets stayed active. $100k in ZEREBRO sales, a new token launch, LLJEFFY trades — all after his death.
Even the Legacy obituary platform deleted his tribute. No answers, just questions.
🤔 Have we lost the plot? Some say Crypto’s now an insider game. Retail is just exit liquidity. Rugs on Pump.fun, invite-only token launches, sniper-only memes. ETH and DOGE are stuck.
This isn’t retail’s market anymore and won’t be until the rules change.
💻 Critical bug in Solana fixed fast, but raised new questions. The flaw could’ve let attackers mint tokens or drain wallets. Devs and validators patched it in just two days.
Now people are asking: if decisions this big happen so quickly and quietly, how decentralized is it really?
💸 Charlie Shrem is launching a modern Bitcoin faucet. One of the OG Bitcoin entrepreneurs is behind 21million.com, a project inspired by Gavin Andresen’s legendary faucet.
Just like in 2010, users will earn small BTC rewards for simple tasks like solving CAPTCHAs. It’s not 5 BTC per click anymore but the comeback feels nostalgic and symbolic.
💱 For the first time, $BTC was transferred directly between the Bitcoin and Cardano networks without using bridges. May 4, 2025, just made blockchain history. It’s surely a step toward a more decentralized, secure, and interoperable future.
$ETH, $SOL — you’re on the clock.
Innovation doesn’t care about limits. We keep building real value 💪
🔗 Coinbase CEO says credit markets are moving on-chain, and he’s not just talking. We’re looking at a full reset: small business loans, mortgages, even unsecured credit on a decentralized backbone.
Where banks give inflation and insane rates, crypto offers real access. Transparent. Open. Global.
👛 Google Wallet adds blockchain and ZK proofs for ID and age checks. Starts in the US and UK, rolls out to 50 more countries.
Sounds like a win for privacy: “Blockchain + ZK? Finally!” But zoom out, it’s still Google. With your GPS, Gmail, and browser history. Feels more like surveillance.
5️⃣ Vitalik dropped a new proposal: “L1 simplification”, a 5-year plan to make Ethereum leaner, cleaner, and 10x more L2-friendly.
He even suggests capping the core code size. Bitcoin-style minimalism, long-term vision. Always thinking decades ahead.
🗺 Meanwhile, CZ is still on his world tour with the crypto gospel. This time it's Kyrgyzstan, by the stunning Issyk-Kul Lake. Falconry, local traditions, and a presidential handshake with Sadyr Japarov. They sealed a strategic partnership between Binance and the country.
Web3 is slowly climbing into government strategy decks, and Kyrgyzstan just joined the club.
😖 There will always be disappointments. A job you wanted but didn’t get, for example. Don’t let it hold you back from trying again. Even if you’re well qualified and experienced, it can be a tough market for jobs. Keep going.
Tomorrow a new week starts. Make it your resolution not to give up, and to work to gain the skills you need to progress a little further. Good luck!
🛠 Pay attention to hashrate. It might sound boring, but if you need any evidence that Bitcoin is here to stay, it’s there.
Hashrate is the amount of processing power that Bitcoin’s miners deploy to secure the blockchain. It rises as more miners join the network, and as mining hardware improves.
Hashrate recently hit a new all-time high of one zettahash: 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 hashes (cryptographic operations) per second. That’s a huge measure of confidence in Bitcoin from miners.
👨💻 If the crypto correction is really over, hiring will heat up fast. This might be your best window to land a Web3 role you actually care about. Doesn’t matter if you’re not 100% ready, apply anyway.
You’ve been in the space. You’ve learned. You’ve got skills. Use them. The biggest risk is sitting still.
🚫 New level of crypto fraud: scammers now send fake Google subpoenas, posing as law enforcement. They demand wallet info, backed by forged legal docs.
Every day brings a new scam script. More tech, smarter tricks.
👨💻 Even a job interview can be a trap. One user lost ETH, SOL, and NFTs after an “interview” with a fake recruiter. They were asked to take a timed test via a link. During the test, the webcam “malfunctioned,” and the site offered “fix instructions.” Under pressure, the victim followed them without thinking.
A few minutes later... empty wallet. No shady signatures. Most likely browser or extension exploit. Rushing and trusting is a hacker’s dream combo. Any glitch is a reason to stop, not click blindly.
⚠️ ScamSniffer warns: fake “HyperSwap” ads are topping Google search. These links lead to phishing sites that can drain your wallet in one click.
Never use ads. Always access DeFi through official sources.
✈️ Bhutan, with Binance Pay and DK Bank, just launched the world’s first national crypto tourism payment system. Hotels, tours, anything is now payable in crypto.
Other countries should take notes. Borderless travel is already here.
😅 How long have you been in Web3? If it’s over a year, you’re doing well. Over two? Nice going! Anyone been here five or more years?
What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned in your time in Web3?
💊 Nikko rolled out a full-body scanner that checks your health in 20 seconds. 70 sensors, 2,000 images, 50 million data points, all crunched by AI. Finds what regular checkups miss, even if you feel fine.
Costs about the same as a basic medical exam. No lines, no guessing. Just sci-fi-level diagnostics, now real.
⛔️ Bitcoin Core will remove the OP_RETURN limit in the next release. The change — allowing more arbitrary data in transactions — triggered backlash. Many call it risky and unnecessary.
Some suggest freezing at version 29.0 or switching to Bitcoin Knots. Strange move from the devs, given the clear resistance.
📲 How much time do you spend scrolling X or other socials? How much of that is actually useful? What if you used that time to learn something, even through short, targeted videos?
Language, skill, insight. Do it often enough, it becomes a superpower. So, what do you really want to learn?
🏝 The Maldives just went from tourist paradise to crypto hub. They’re building a $9B blockchain center to lure investors and join the global Web3 game.
This isn’t just tech funding. It’s a signal that crypto’s no longer fringe. It’s future economy territory.
🥹 Got hit with a nostalgia flash. This meme about pro traders brings back some oddly warm memories.
Читать полностью…⛔️ The EU wants to ban anonymous crypto accounts by July 2027. Any transaction over €1,000 will require full ID. They can’t stop Bitcoin, the network is decentralized. But they’ll squeeze through the exchanges: frozen funds, stricter withdrawals, more rules.
What happens next? People move to P2P, back to crypto's core. Good regulation protects, bad one just rebuilds banks.
Push too hard, and people walk.
🇺🇸 TRUMP: “I want crypto, I think crypto is important because if we don’t do it, China’s going to.”

🤔 Stay curious. Build incrementally. You never know what might work out and what might fail.
Got some good ideas? Great! Test them as small proof-of-concept products with different communities. Keep building functionality if they prove popular and successful.
🤓 Crypto UX still sucks. Set up a wallet, back up your keys, buy, bridge, confirm... Way too much for someone coming from Web2. We’ve come a long way since the early chaos, but we’re not done yet.
And no, better UX shouldn’t mean killing decentralization. Ease and freedom can co-exist. Just needs smarter design.
🐟Having a hobby outside Web3 is underrated. When your whole life runs on tabs and tokens, doing something offline resets your brain.
Doesn’t matter if it’s basketball or fishing, just make something real. Something that doesn’t depend on gas fees.
💰 Kraken caught a North Korean hacker trying to get hired as an engineer to access internal systems. The team ran the interview by the book: spotted red flags, collected intel, confirmed the threat.
Good call and a reminder: not all attacks come through code. Security isn’t just firewalls and encryption, it’s people, too.
🗿 A new Satoshi Nakamoto statue just landed in the Italian town of Fornelli, the fourth one so far. Others already stand in Tokyo, El Salvador’s Bitcoin Beach, and Lugano, Switzerland.
His identity remains a mystery, but his image keeps getting more real, literally. Hardcore maxis can even order a mini version or set up a full-size replica at home. Bitcoin marketing, but make it art.
