🃏 It feels like we’re seeing more and more speculation, day trading, and general “degen” behavior (whether or not it involves crypto). And it looks like this is being driven by a jobs market that is getting tougher and tougher.
“Speculation society” or “casino culture” comes from the fear that hard work alone won’t get you ahead. Some chase the elusive 1,000x coin, others upskill and look for new opportunities, while a few keep stacking value slowly and methodically.
😴 Hardcore traders love to say that in crypto, sleep is a liability. Miss the pump or sleep through the crash. Sounds logical when the market is boiling and every click feels like destiny.
But let’s be real: nothing is more important than health. No token or chart will give back lost hours of life, missed time with loved ones, or your own strength.
🇹🇭 Former Thai PM Thaksin Shinawatra is discussing creating a strategic Bitcoin reserve. Once BTC was a protest against the system. Today it’s part of state strategy.
What they tried to stop has become something they can’t ignore.
🚩 ZachXBT criticized Ripple, calling XRP a “pyramid scheme” and pointing to shady wallet activity from co-founder Chris Larsen.
He refused to help the Ripple community, saying retail investors are just “exit liquidity” for insiders.
🤘 Here are the results: 74% of YZY investors lost money on Kanye West’s token, while just 11 wallets took 30% of all profits.
Same old story: a few insiders cash in while the crowd loses. Hype tokens almost always end the same way.
🗳 Voting has started on Solana for SIMD-0326 Alpenglow, a proposal to cut block times from 12.8 seconds to 150 ms by upgrading the consensus protocol.
Consensus this quick pushes Solana into a new category, where blockchain stops lagging and starts feeling immediate.
🖼 NFTs are trending again, just in a different form. Pavel Durov shared that 18 Telegram gifts bought for $57 a few months ago were recently traded for a $350,000 Porsche.
The story proves a simple truth: people don’t care what they buy, as long as it’s hype and scarce. That cycle will keep coming back in new forms.
📩 Scammers are endlessly creative, and persistent. Sometimes, they use automated tools to send out vast numbers of low-quality scam attempts. It only takes a momentary lapse of vigilance for one to succeed.
Most people are pretty good at identifying scam emails these days. But what about files that are shared with you via Google Drive, or similar?
Sometimes, it just takes something a little out of the ordinary to trick you into opening a link. Be careful out there.
👾 Play Solana has confirmed: shipments of the PSG 1, the first gaming console with a built-in wallet, begin on October 6. It won’t transform the gaming industry overnight, but it’s a milestone. The device paves the way for new gameplay models, token integration, and broader blockchain gaming adoption.
Web3 games have enormous potential, and I'm excited to watch the pioneers at work.
🔗 Google has introduced Google Cloud Universal Ledger, its own blockchain infrastructure for payments.
✦ Fast, scalable, and low-fee system
✦ Direct integration with Google Cloud services
✦ Programmable for custom use cases and app deployment
✦ Extra security with KYC and Google’s in-house protection tools
The company is now recruiting participants for testing. Google frames it as the end of “outdated” payment rails, pushing for 24/7 instant transactions with a strong tilt toward Web3.
🚩 MEV attacks are so bad they’re hitting scaling. MEV means bots profit off users’ unconfirmed transactions. Base and Solana use private mempools to block front-running, but hunters spam with speculative transactions until one lands.
An estimated 40% of Solana traffic is MEV spam, and there’s no easy fix.
💰 The fourth Satoshi Nakamoto statue has appeared in a new country. While everyone guesses the location, the point is clear: Bitcoin is a belief.
Each statue is a reminder that culture is above tech. Satoshi vanished, but the idea didn’t.
🤔 Fun fact: if you hold Bitcoin for more than 3 years, the chance of losing money drops close to 0%. Crypto rewards patience, not instant gratification.
Bitcoin doesn’t need your trust, just your patience.
🚀 Solana has cracked the 100,000 transactions per second (tps) mark. That's pretty awesome, even for a platform that was designed for high-scale use.
An engineer effectively spammed the network with low-value transactions, achieving a peak of 104,529 tps on mainnet. In other words, this wasn’t an experiment on a carefully controlled testnet.
We have come a long way since the early days of crypto, when Ethereum seized up when more than 15 tps were submitted for any significant period of time.
🇵🇭 The Philippines plan to build a 10,000 BTC reserve locked for 20 years. Not just major powers, even small island states are securing their place in the coming financial order.
Bitcoin is turning into a strategic currency, and the players now include those you’d least expect.
🖥 Vitalik Buterin puts the odds at 20% that quantum computers will break modern cryptography by 2030. Not everyone agrees.
Quantum tech is advancing, but so is post-quantum cryptography. The real story is the parallel push: while some are trying to crack today’s systems, others are building new ones that will resist quantum power.
This looks less like the end of crypto and more like the next chapter of its security.
💵 Tether announced the launch of USD₮ on the RGB protocol. A new solution for issuing and transacting digital assets on top of Bitcoin and Lightning. A bold move that ties Tether even deeper into the BTC ecosystem.
Sounds interesting, and it’s definitely a win for the industry.
😱 Another crazy profit strory. Over a year ago, a trader bought a dead-looking token for just $83. Today that wallet shows $120,000, with zero other trades in between.
Genius patience or pure luck? Truth is, stories like this are almost never repeated.
🪑 With AI, everybody will make their own software just like we all 3D print our own furniture.
AI lets anyone create software without being a developer. But just like a 3D printer won’t magically give you great furniture, AI alone won’t make great products. You still need design sense, iteration, and the skill to use the tools.
🏝 A Philippine senator proposes moving the state budget to blockchain. Transparency, open access, and no way to “adjust numbers later,” a direct hit on corruption.
Blockchain makes government spending clear to citizens and could change how public finance works altogether.
💰 Bitwise predicts: Bitcoin could hit nearly $3M by 2035. Their scenarios: base case $1.3M, bear case $88K, bull case $2.97M.
Too optimistic? Probably. But it feels like a competition now. Who's gonna throw out the wildest number? And yet, no one would complain if it came true.
🤟 James Wynn is still in the game. After a brutal round of liquidations, he’s down to just $5,952. Instead of taking a break, he throws it all on a $DOGE long, of course with 10x leverage.
Running out of money or not, the show goes on.
🤦♂️ What do you know about double flops? First, a trader bought a fake $YZY token and lost $710K. Then he went in again, this time for $740K on the real one… and is now down $423K, refusing to sell.
Lesson here is pretty simple: rushing and chasing hype in crypto almost always ends in pain.
🤑 Have you already seen that crypto bro who tried to impress a girl by flashing his $61M wallet? Double fail: showing off your assets to strangers is a massive security risk, and trying to win someone’s heart with money alone is a dead end.
In crypto, just like in relationships, what really matters is personal qualities.
🐳 Now, there's a scandal around Hyperliquid. A wallet allegedly linked to Justin Sun went long on XPL (Plasma) on Hyperliquid. Price shot up +200%, short traders got liquidated. The position was closed with a $16M profit. On other exchanges though no pump at all.
Everyone's mad: turns out a whale can “play” the price inside Hyperliquid, punish arbitrageurs, and wipe out traders while staying untouchable. Trust in the DEX has taken a serious hit.
🤔 How did we get here? The history of fiat money in one clip. Modern money is a trust experiment that failed. Inflation, debt, vanishing value...
Fiat broke the trust. Bitcoin doesn’t ask for it.
💳 Gemini just launched a limited metal XRP card with up to 4% cashback. A couple of years ago, crypto cards felt futuristic. Today they’re routine.
This is how adoption looks, step by step.
🍙 Japan’s Prime Minister just called Bitcoin and crypto “a once-in-a-century opportunity.” Hard to argue with that. We’re holding the tool that rewrites the rules: free capital, new markets, new economy.
Still time to be part of the story.
🎓 The University of Tampa is launching its first Bitcoin course. Education is finally catching up with reality.
Bitcoin already shapes finance, economics, and culture. The future belongs to those who learn the new rules.
👍 CZ made it clear: a like or a selfie isn’t an endorsement. Celebrity proximity is just marketing.
Skip the clout and verify the work.
