Everything tricylics but amitrypline is really rarely prescribed. Amtrypline is usually for an anti-depressant the last one before going to kind of novel therapies/drugs

Also if anyone here who's feeling especially affected by the heat is on Anti-depressants, SNRI and SSRI's DO make you more likely to experience heatstroke and dehydration. It's a side-effect of almost all of them.

Many antidepressants (e.g. Prozac, Zoloft, other SSRIs, SNRIs, etc) have anticholinergic properties and some can raise the brain's thermal set-point decreasing centrally induced thermoregulation. SSRIs can increase the risk of hyponatremia
Hyponatremia occurs when the concentration of sodium in your blood is abnormally low. Sodium is an electrolyte, and it helps regulate the amount of water that's in and around your cells.
Also, antihistamines (e.g. Brompheniramine and Diphenhydramine (Benadryl)) can inhibit the sweating mechanism.
