aside from that, it's useful to have a reference for something if it's a regular occurrence so you can see what you did last time and figure out ways to improve it, as well as it allows you to make sure everything is *still* in place at the end of the show (as well as being able to note any damage etc)

I work in show biz, trust me, you can put ALL THE LINES you want in as many BRIGHT HIGH CONTRAST COLORS... someone will inevitably walk outside of them, trip on something that you took EVERY MEASURE to prevent tripping upon including keeping it as OUT OF THE WAY as possible and cordoned off etc... and then someone will blame you for it despite that you took every POSSIBLE step to prevent it other than literally holding the person's hand and walking them through it yourself
