I've historically done the same which is why my dentist for YEARS would ask me if I gritted my teeth... the answer was TECHNICALLY yes but I didn't understand it at the time so it never got properly addressed and now I have a bunch of stress cavities in most of my molars

That's a large local HMO that does a lot of work with the local community outside of even medicaid.

They do good work though they are often understaffed
