you have to stack packages on your back. eventually you get vehicles but not right away. so while you are traversing the landscape you have to balance yourself and the packages so you don't topple over and break stuff.

it's much more than a delivery game, but deliveries are a big part of it. you are tasked with essentially reconnecting the United States after an apocalypse so you spend a lot of the game delivering mail and packages as part of your job.

the rain is acidic (in a unique way) and eats away at your clothing and armor. also packages. if they are damaged, you get less experience for them.
