kind of, depends on your board. but the fix won't stop a CPU from degrading if it's already damaged. it'll just get slowly progressively worse over time. it's like putting duct tape over a hole in a boat.

intel has extended the amount of time you can RMA a 13900k or 14900k that's experiencing this issue, but only if its a retail SKU. if it's OEM you're shit outta luck.
