Ugh hoping my chest feels normal again tomorrow. Missed my chance to hit urgent care. It seems closely related to my anxiety. Still hoping it’s actually like my stomach or some muscle in my pec.

I was able to do an hour on an exercise bike earlier so I think that means it’s probably not my heart lol.
