No, LLMs simply are incapable of consciousness because of several limitations of digital Von Neuman machines. Biological brains learn by growing/killing neurons but LLMs are fixed structures. Biological brains are fully parallel machines and each new neuron expands the 'parallel processing power' of a biological brain, but an LLM only executes a tiny part of the brain at any given time - and they only 'live' between the time they receive a prompt and the last token they emit - after that they are effectively brain dead and can't remember anything. If you've seen the movie Momento, you'll have an idea how LLMs are able to maintain conversations.

Yeah, it took a while to realize I actually am doing everything right and there’s nothing wrong with me. I know I’m good enough 😤.

It’s just other people are disappointing and not on my level. Which is a shame because they don’t have to be but they generally choose to be.
