I adopted this handsome dog a week ago, and initially, I worried about my decision since I live in a small apartment and all the challenges that I have been through. However, I now realize it was the best choice I could have made. The past 5 years have been extremely difficult, starting with the COVID-19 pandemic when I worked as an essential worker, followed by a traumatic arm injury that remains an issue, and most recently, being laid off from a job I held for 11 years.
Despite his occasional brattiness and the challenges I've faced, he is helping me cope, providing a purpose and routine, and has brought me comfort and joy. (Not to offend anyone, dogs or pups) He is the best dog ever.
