From wheelchair bound to the best shape of my life. sicne 2022 i was told I would never be in the gym again, ild never run again. And some particularly pessimistic people said never walk again.

Broken Spine. C2-L5. total spinal destruction, and not in the fun way. I healed the bones, I did the work, I did the obnoxious exercises so that i could take this photo today as part of my first cutting cycle as a natty bodybuilder.

Don't give up.

Do it sooner rather than later, Apple tends to uh...drag their feet. Keep a record of the tracking numbers too because the depot will likely say try to say "we never got your trade in" because the original box was stolen.
