It you're considering self harm or need support, then are you seeking support from groups or mental health professionals?
Talking with friends can help, but if it's to the degree of self harm, then you're best thing to do is to seek consult from amental health professional .
Ultimately, you have to take actions and be smart about the action you take. Sitting around and marinating with the negativity swirling around constantly won't any good.
I have a panic disorder and being puppy is in a way therapeutic. Leave irl at the door to be no thoughts.

If you want to vent, that's fine. But when you ignore the advice people give and instead just want to keep dumping, then yes, people aren't going to want to hear it.
Because you know what happens then? It's telling the person you vent to that you don't care what they have to say. You are just using them as an outlet without real consideration or respect for them.
That's what makes people not want to put in effort to be a fence post to be talked AT instead of talked TO, because discussion and talking to people are a two way street: both sides have to hear and listen to what the other is saying.
Life sucks for many people, but not everyone makes self-harm statements, gets physical with others, or goes on endless ranting tirades.
People who want help and want to change put in the effort when the resources are presented.
There is also no quick or one-size-fits all solution. It's through trial and error.
I say this as someone who has been through depression, been to therapy, and knows others who didn't get the help they needed.
I don't claim to have all the answers. Nor do I claim to be an expert.
What I do know is it takes trial and error to figure out what works, and it requires more effort to stick it out for change to occur.
Yeah, well, this life is a goddamn nightmare and some people escape it and then leave a hole and don't get to help it not be as bad anymore.

Frustration is understandable and even expected in some people. However, do know that some pups are taking it seriously. Even if a pup (or anyone) doesn't want to talk politics or discuss it for whatever reason, it doesn't mean they are not taking it seriously.
It's also worth noting that for many pups, being a pup is an escape to avoid elements of the world and not have to take things seriously. Not every pup is going to be a crusading activist. Some will just be puppy-brained and want to flop with a squeaky toy or laze about for belly rubs.
You're allowed to feel frustration and to find healthy outlets, but also do your best to not pull others into your frustration. That may not result in positive resolutions and instead add gas to the proverbial fire. For example, you're stating concern for queer rights while also making a negative comment toward a group in the queer community. And that is why most people will not want to discuss politics: people get heated.
