Well I’m lookin for a roommate. Again. Move in January. Smaller of two rooms in a second story flat in the Richmond neighborhood of SF. I’m currently paying $1225 utilities included, but I don’t know if the landlord is gonna change it at all. My current roomie is leaving to move in with his girlfriend, but he’s lived here for 11 years. There’s street parking that can be a challenge to find but the Geary and California and Park Presidio buses are not too far.
