Completion time: 46 min 8 seconds
What a pump today. When I finished I arms were fighting between curling and extending because my bis and Tris were so blasted. Measured at 16.5 inches around today 1 min after workout ended. Feeling amazing. I also measured last night and i was 16 inches cold on biceps.
My name's Pup Delta. Been a pup for almost 2 years now (puppy birthday is March 29th). I actually started out as a gearhead then got introduced to the puppy stuff later. I love treats, scritches, and hanging out with puppy friends. Big into music, especially metal, and love going to concerts. Been a stray for a while since leaving my old pack and am uncollared. i am 33 in hooman years and 2 years as puppy. I am POC (black to be be exact) *giggles* 🤭. I have a big heart and love to bring people into the community and help them grow in pup space and in there hooman Headspace.
