Hey all! My current roommate is moving back to Antioch in order to save money and be closer to his doctors. SO! I am looking for a new roommate. I'll post pictures of the place a little later this week when I have time to make a proper ad, but here's the details:
Its in North Oakland, 53rd and MLK. Close to bart, bus, and freeway access.
Rent is $1100 a month which includes utilities, internet, and off street parking. Deposit would also be $1100
Looking to fill room by June 1st, but there is a possibility to have you move in earlier if need be.
I have a senior dog who loves cats so cats are cool, but dogs unfortunately are not. I'm open to different pets too tho like snakes and what have you.
