Meta releases AI model to enhance Metaverse experience

EcoWorld Reports Stellar Net Profit Growth
Eco World Development (ECOWLD) posted a 25-fold jump in 4Q24 (FYE Oct’24) net profit to MYR83.4 million, despite a 24.4% YoY drop in quarterly revenue to MYR638.5 million.
For the financial year, net profit surged 60.3% to MYR303.5 million, while revenue rose slightly to MYR2.3 billion.
The impressive profit growth was driven by robust earnings in Malaysia and reduced impairments on its investment in Eco World International. ECOWLD also declared a two-sen dividend for the quarter, bringing its total dividend to six sen per share.
ECOWLD shares edged up 1 sen to MYR2.00 yesterday, with close to 7 million shares traded. Bullish investors may consider ECOWLD-C35, which tracks ECOWLD closely with a sensitivity of 2.2 ticks!
