How do you feel about market seasonality?
Some people would say you cannot time the market but I would rather say... there are seasonal buy and sell timeframes that result in either very supportive flows that prevent market from collapsing or it creates certain window that are more conducive if we have events that are not priced into the market.
If you felt that the market keeps going up, then seasonally there is an upcoming window of weakness that may allow you to get in at a better price.
I took a look at small caps as well because seasonally, election or not, they have a stronger November, December, and January.
The last three election provide some interesting small cap returns data...
