The KLCI is set to start the week firmer after Wall Street positive close last Friday and sentiment should stay stable ahead of the Budget 2024. China will likely dictate directions overall and while no new outright stimulus were announced by the much anticipated MOF brief last Sat, it did hint that a large fiscal injection was undergoing approvals, which will be viewed positively by markets.
