Dagang NeXchange & Gamuda Team Up for Google Cloud JV
Dagang NeXchange (DNEX) shares surged 12.7% yesterday
following the announcement of a 50:50 joint venture (JV) with Gamuda (GAMUDA) to provide Google Cloud services in Malaysia. GAMUDA shares hit an all-time high, closing at MYR9.65, up 1.3% yesterday.
DNEX will oversee relationship engagements and business facilitation, while GAMUDA brings technical expertise in AI and cloud technologies.
The JV targets Malaysia’s MYR11 billion cloud services market and will be the exclusive provider of Google Distributed Cloud services in the country.
Investors bullish on the news may consider DNEX-C34 and GAMUDA-C2U for leveraged exposure at a fraction of the share price!
