1. In November, US CPI increased by 0.3% m/m, in line with forecasts and slightly higher than October’s 0.2% rise. This growth was driven by rising costs in shelter and food. On an annual basis, the CPI rose to 2.7% y/y, meeting expectations and edging up from 2.6% in October.
2. On Thursday, US will report Unemployment Claims, PPI & Core PPI m/m while European Central Bank (ECB) will release Interest Rate Decision.
3. With the release of US CPI data suggesting that pricing pressure remained in control, market expectation for the December rate cut jumped to 98.6% from 88.9% a day ago.
