Investigating Brain Changes Related to Cognition and Well-Being across the Lifespan

Description: We want to understand brain changes across the lifespan. Study includes 1-hr MRI, 24mL blood draw, questionnaires, and neuropsychological assessments.

Investigating the physiological responses of Nintendo Switch Ring Fit Adventure Game

Description: To investigate the exercise intensity, changes in physiological responses (HR, BP, blood glucose) and enjoyment level when playing RingFit Adventure

Duration: 1 session lasting for 3-4 hours. The gameplay is about 1-1.5 hours with breaks, In-person cross sectional observational study involving exercise.

Requirements: Inclusion: View poster for requirements. Must be on medications. Exclusion: History of cardiac issues, cancer and pulmonary conditions like COPD and asthma. Have musculoskeletal issues that limits movement and exercise. Frail and have poor balance. Pregnant. Poor cognition.
