Polyphasic sleep study

Description:

Our study aims to investigate the effects of polyphasic sleep schedules on neurobehavioural functions, sleep and snack consumption.

Duration: A ~29-hr stay at our sleep lab in NUS, with a 1-hr pre-lab visit 3 days before., In-person experiment

Requirements: To be eligible to participate in this study, participants must be:
• 21 - 35 years old
(*For NUS students: 18 - 35 years old)
• Healthy (no sleep, physical, or mental disorders) • BMI between 18.5 and 24.9
