Cooling Singapore 2.0: Unacclimatised Adults (UA)

Description: Recruiting sedentary adults who spend most of their time in air-conditioned spaces to study their responses to exercise in hot and humid conditions.

Requirements: - Healthy individuals (21-40 years old)
- Spend majority of time (6~8 hours) in air-conditioned spaces
- Engage in outdoor physical activity less than 2x a week (e.g., jogging or cycling for an hour)
