Description: Examine the effects of light-intensity exercises compared to sitting only on cognitive function, perceived back pain and sleepiness.

Duration: 2 visits, approximately 1.5hours each visit, In-person research study

Requirements:
1. NTU-NIE students between 21 to 30 years old
2. Right-handed
3. Physically inactive (i.e., do not meet the age-recommended physical activity guidelines)
4. Deem healthy to participate in light-intensity physical activity
5. Willing to undergo the functional Near-infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS)
6. Currently not taking any blood pressure-lowering medication
