Improving dietary habit and weight loss in young adults with overweight and obesity: The healthy eating for young adults (HEYA) study

Description: To examine the eating behaviours and body composition of young adults with normal BMI.

Duration: 40 minutes, 10 minutes in-person body composition analysis + 30 minutes online survey
