Learning about alternative proteins

Description: The study aims to understand children and parents’ perceptions of alternative proteins and to provide education on them.
Duration: Part 1: about 1 hour. Part 2: about 10 minutes., There are 2 parts to the study. Part 1 is an in-person visit, Part 2 is an online survey. all parents and children are required to complete surveys and interact with educational materials. children will take part in additional tasks such as a food tasting session (with plant based food samples) while being video recorded.
