Learning about Alternative Proteins

Description: We want to understand children and parents’ perceptions of alternative proteins and provide education on them.

Duration: Part 1: about 1 hour. Part 2: about 10 minutes., Both. there are 2 parts to the study. part 1: in-person visit to our lab where parents and children are required to interact with educational materials and answer questionnaires. children will take part in a food tasting session (with plant based foods) while being video recorded. part 2: online survey completed one month after the visit.

Behavioural and Physiological Correlates of Deception

Description: This study aims to examine detection of deception using a mock crime and three 'lie detection' tests (interview, computerised questioning, polygraph).

Duration: Session1 (2hr) Session2 (2.5hr) on different days, In-person experiment

Requirements: Fluent in English. Age 21 and above. No known visual, heart, or neurological disorders. Not reliant on bi-focal/progressive lens glasses for reading.
