Behavioural and Physiological Correlates of Deception

Description: This study aims to examine detection of deception using a mock crime and three 'lie detection' tests (interview, computerised questioning, polygraph).

Duration: Session1 (2hr), Session2 (3hr) on different days, In-person mock crime

Requirements: Fluent in English. Age 21 and above. No known visual, heart, or neurological disorders. Not reliant on bi-focal/progressive lens glasses for reading. Agreeable to audio, video, and physiological recordings. Have not participated in this study before. [See also other requirements stated in poster]

Cooling Singapore 2.0: Unacclimatised Adults (UA)

Description: Recruiting sedentary adults who spend most of their time in air-conditioned spaces to study their responses to exercise in hot and humid conditions.

Duration: 8 weeks (1 visit per week), In-person in-person human research study

Spend majority of time (6~8 hours) in air-conditioned spaces
Engage in outdoor physical activity less than 2x a week (e.g., jogging or cycling for an hour)
