Anti-white ideology, economic precarity and the refusal of the state to enforce the law against blacks leads to this sort of tragedy. A middle aged man forced to deliver pizza on the side to support his family is murdered by blacks because the state has sent the message that it's ok to kill White people and they won't be punished.
The idea of a libertarian world leading to pizza delivery guys needing to carry weapons was satirized in Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson. It was a joke then, but the reality of the US today under Jewish anarcho-tyranny is much darker.
