My review on the Epic of Gilgamesh :
A very short story and very easy to listen to but filled with meaning and depth. The first written down story of Mankind.
it's so accessible that even a young teenager could listen to this and understand everything on the first try without anyone explaining things to him/her.
it is also very interesting and a bonus easter egg that there is a flood story in here that predates the Bible by over a thousand years, even the fact that eternal life is stolen by a serpent has a lot of parallels with Adam and Eves fall from Eden. And as well the fact that Gilgamesh and his best friend Enkidu are giants is another thing the Bible may have copied. Or all of these things really existed I dont know.
But either way this text alone discredits the Bible and all the Abrahamic religions greatly. It is completely obvious that the Abrahamic religions later stole much of the mythos of this text, the rest we can ascertain was stolen from parts that we never got to discover like these ancient stone tablets.
