Hey Dimas, If the Oasis Scan shows that you have a balance then you have nothing to worry about. BitPie have some issues from time to time with the UI.

I'm not sure why the rates vary so much, this looks like it's the case for all collators, it could be that it's partly due to the UI reporting APR, while the 2 links I provided show the APY (so including compounding for a year)
Also, 1 week is not necessarily representative of an entire year

Rose tokens are automatically delegated to your balance; you do not need to claim like on cosmos, do you mean that your balance has not increased since you first delegated ?
