It could be that Evmos is no longer compatible with PANIC due to their upgrade. Can you please check the logs of your node in alerter/logs/monitors?

A substrate node already has a websocket port, all you need to do is enable it from the node configuration.

I got a problem with my account and staking on simply staking 03 on moonbeam.
I have never shared my secret keys with anyone.
But someone revake my delegation every 3 days and transfer them to another account.
I talked to the metamask people, but they tell me that they can't do anything since the problem is in the blockchain.
I have installed an antivirus and reformatted my PC but the problem continues.
