Or maybe somebody else knows... what is the config that lets you know the node is down due to an upgrade? Because right now it alerts me for when the chain is down or not signing blocks in a normal situation. But when the node is in a state where it's dialing and reconnecting to peers because it needs to be upgraded, I get no alert. Even after it jails because the rest of the nodes have upgraded and the chain started again I get no alert.

It was not a technical or service issue, it simply fell out of the active set because another collator replaced in the set because it had a higher total delegation during that time.
