I also agree that you should use alertmanager over grafana for alerts, config files at scale are much more manageable than many grafana dashboards with separate alerts. Silences on alertmanager are also a godsend

Something like the above would cover block height not increasing on all tendermint nodes added to prometheus. You want to also add a duplicate of the above but with the cometbft version of the prom metric, cometbft_consensus_latest_block_height
