From what we have seen to get this Authorisation was at least the same difficult as to get authorized for emoney license or similar. This is why only 2 operational exchanges got it: us and Bittrex.

No, this is not correct:
There are different types of authorizations:

1. banks ( in German language called Lizenz) license for banking institution

2. security dealers

3. digital asset/cryptocurrency institutions - 10 different authorizations types - in German referee to as Registrierung or Zulassung - in English authorization

4. other financial services companies like eMoney etc

We got the 3rd one from this list.
